I got it because I thought it was an upgrade but not. If linked to my phone, it will reset if I talk to Siri. Horrible for calls, doesn’t have a usb port, and the audio changes.

Perfect setup for Wrangler, no extra kits or factory harnesses nessacary. I had a issue with the original harness but customer service responded promptly and a replacement it was sent out.

Straight off the top, there's only very basic assembly pictures with a few labels to use the right cables that are in the box. So, if you have replaced a few head units in your past, it's a breeze.. took more time finding routes for camera cable to make it to the front dash & making a mount for the camera (instead of buying one), then I did with the actual replacement of the head unit. Have only had it installed 3 days, but the quality of the audio alone is 100% better than the stock unit.. & read the other comments about brightness ( applied a vinyl tint to dim the night screen ).. but all in all, it's a cheap unit with Android Auto, for driving without having to glance at phone for the map...

I got this because it said plug n play for my Dodge Challenger, and most aftermarket units you have to cut the dash to install it and buy harnesses and modules, well this unit fits right in and works , not saying it's super great but nice for the price , and Don't mess with settings you don't know what they do, I'm getting another one for my truck

I got this for my 2014 Wrangler and though mine did not have Apple car play and it did not remain changed to my time zone, it was a good radio. I ran into issues with this product, like technological and electronic devices do sometimes. After being contacted by the seller immediately, they offered and attempted to troubleshoot, but with the deck not working at all, they provided a refund and more after a year of owning it. All in all, this was a good radio with all needed (and more) wiring provided in a very organized manner, and was THE BEST customer service I have ever received in any aspect. THE best. Wonderful deck, wonderful service.

Install for unit was easy, fits, wires connect easily. Little to zero info on how to hook up camera. So I can’t hook it up until I can find some more info on how….screen is really bright at night and seems no way to adjust. Menus are not intuitive at all. Connection to phone via Bluetooth is glitchy! Music essentially skips like your driving with a CD player over railroad tracks in 1992. Was it cheap? Yeah! Is it annoying to use? You betcha. Update after many months of usage. All of the above still stands. It’s spotty at best. But what is super annoying is the screen is insanely bright and in a jeep it’s right up in your sight line at all times and at night…it’s like having a Las Vegas billboard in the dash! No way to dim it down. Often I just turn it off and mumble to myself in the dark.

I got it fully installed and found it wouldn't turn on. Horrible cheap radio definitely would not recommend to anyone looking for a new radio. Returning it in a few hours after it was delivered. Don't waste your time. If you want something that's not going to disappoint you then I recommend spend a extra money on somthing better. Wish I could go negative on the stars cause of the wasted time and money.
