Was sedentary due to past illness. Having trouble getting back up, or sticking to an exercise schedule. I was weak as a kitten. But this ANCHEER Under Desk Elliptical Machine has turned things around... in DAYS! At my first try I found it relaxing, yeah really, relaxing. Determined I would use it twice a day. About a week into it I upped the speed to #2. Liked it very much. Then tried using the reverse motion, what a difference. After a couple of weeks I can stoop down to pick something up. Take the stairs without hanging on to the rail for dear life, I have more energy, I feel like my blood is stirring. Highly recommend this machine if you need to recover.

I love everything about it and 70 have severe arthritis and have a pain pump due to damage to my spinal cord so I can’t do very true exercise this move so easy . It’s truly very quiet don’t even hear it running most of the time I can sit and watch TV for an hour, going backwards and forwards, and I’m not even realizing sometimes up till it stops on its own after 30 minutes, but you can go as long as you want and feel, there’s no set limit. I was very skeptical at first it had a couple of the ones you put your feet in and push just could not get comfortable. Or smooth feel. Any age from teen up!!! Get it NOW👍👍👍⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️

incomprehensible controls that do not work as advertised, non-functional manual mode (works for about one second before the machine shuts itself off and the pedals lock up), speeds up and slows down when it feels like it (this is advertised as a feature but it’s too controllable), and the pedals shake as they move as if the cheap plastic is about to crack at any moment under the weight of just your feet. every single one of these “automatic under desk ellipticals” has the exact same control interface and internals, no doubt all made in the same factory and drop-shipped under different “brands” using slightly different shells. I just with one of these were functional. Also, batteries are not included.
