About a week into it I upped the speed to #2. Liked it very much. Then tried using the reverse motion, what a difference. After a couple of weeks I can stoop down to pick something up. incomprehensible controls that do not work as advertised, non-functional manual mode (works for about one second before the machine shuts itself off and the pedals lock up), speeds up and slows down when it feels like it (this is advertised as a feature but it’s too controllable), and the pedals shake as they move as if the cheap plastic is about to crack at any moment under the weight of just your feet. every single one of these “automatic under desk ellipticals” has the exact same control interface and internals, no doubt all made in the same factory and drop-shipped under different “brands” using slightly different shells.
