amazed at the meticulous quality of woodworking. all joinery is advanced and accurate. There is no plasticky/smelly paint or varnish finish. The latches that hold the panels together are pretty fancy. The door is real tempered glass. Assembly is easy, needs two people to align the panels faster. The panels are double walled for insulation. The inside is well made. Did not install the accessory holders inside. Controls are simple and failsafe- the unit switches off when the timer runs out, I don't see a possibility of leaving it running by mistake. Since we installed this on carpeted space, I put it on a 34" square piece of 3/4" thick plywood base, with a few 1x2 wood strips below it for strength. The unit gets up to 130 degrees starting from 60 in about 20 minutes. Its great infrared and ambient warmth. The only problem I have is the cats thinking I am trapped inside and trying to rescue me :)

My husband is a carpenter and I worried about him grumbling about the quality of this item. But there was no way we could afford a "name brand" so... I ordered it and braced myself. Well, my husband actually gave this sauna high marks for craftsmanship! Installation was a breeze, all the parts fit nicely, and the materials were entirely adequate even if not "top grade." It's not flimsy and it looks great. Most importantly, it does the job! The carbon panels create the right kind of infrared heat, and mostly around the body (rather than at head level and higher). The ionizer is a great addition, for keeping the air circulating. The colored lights are fun, and there is a proper reading light as well for reading. It heats up quickly and we each spend 30 minutes in it every night before bed and work up a great sweat without feeling uncomfortably hot. A few extra notes: My husband is 6'4" and he can't slouch or his knees hit the glass door. Not an issue, really. The cabin is 66" inches high and I worried that he would not like stooping to get in and out, but that is no issue at all. The heater unit on the floor under the foot panel does get pretty hot for my sensitive feet, but I just wear flip-flops when I go in, so also not an issue. We bought this to use for detoxification (see the books by Sherry Rogers, including "detoxify or die"), and it is too early to say whether we feel any benefits on that level. But I expect we will, because we are certainly sweating enough. In short, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Gave this 2 stars, unit came broken, the seller asked me to glue a new unit back together……. A month later the oxygen sensor/module on side shot out sparks and stopped working, then yesterday the die heater start sparking and shorted the main switch in my house…. Now unit doesn’t want to work…. 1000$ gone. Gave it 2 stars because it work when it actually worked.

Fast shipping! Really easy to put together. Takes quite a bit longer than 15 mins to heat up though, more like 40-45 minutes at least. The floor piece heats up so hot, I need to put a towel down to keep from burning my feet. Otherwise works well! Overall happy with the purchase!

I was a bit concerned when first ordering this sauna, as there were no user reviews yet. However, a bit of research showed this to be an established company with a range of available sauna products. Given the excellent price for the features, I took a chance. Glad I did! The sauna arrived quickly and without damage in two boxes. Assembly was startlingly simple — just drop the premade panels on the floor section, plug in the heaters, and snap in the glass door section and top. Easy! The precision of the fit is notable: No rough edges or misalignment. Slightly taller than comparable units on Amazon, fits well in a small corner of our bathroom. The sauna turned on first time and started to heat quickly using the simple control panel. It heats relatively quickly and can touch 130+ F. Plenty to get in a good sweat. So far, this has been an excellent purchase.

WARNING: Our sauna caught fire and caused smoke damage to our home. I purchased this sauna through Amazon. Unfortunately, the experience was difficult from the beginning due to shipping issues and missing parts. After weeks of communication, we eventually received everything needed and got the sauna assembled. To be fair, once it was up and running, we enjoyed it and used it regularly for about a year. However, last month, while the sauna was warming up under normal use, a fire started inside the unit. The interior of the sauna was severely damaged and the smoke caused significant damage throughout our home. The sauna had to be removed and disposed of. I have attached photos of the damage. What has been most disappointing is the manufacturer’s response. I have spent weeks communicating with the company and providing details of the incident. Despite the seriousness of a fire involving their product, they have declined to replace the sauna and instead offered only a 25% discount toward the purchase of another unit. I am sharing this review so other customers can make an informed decision. If you purchase this product, I strongly recommend that you follow all safety guidelines and carefully monitor the unit while it is heating. The attached photos show the condition of the sauna after the fire.

We LOVE ours. It’s the cheapest option we found anywhere and it’s very sturdy. My husband is a big guy and we can both fit inside it. It’s tight but we can fit. It’s super comfortable for one person. Gets super hot. I’m happy with my purchase.
