This little elliptical does everything I need. I am nearly 70 and have circulation problems in my feet - ankles - and legs. I love the 3 preset programs. Turn it on - pick a program - sit back and it moves your feet for you. It helps my feet and legs stay more flexible while keeping the swelling under control. You can also skip the programs and use the remote to choose your speed and direction. Whatever you buy make sure it goes both FORWARDS and BACKWARDS!!! Going backwards as well as forwards is really important. Your feat and legs need the variation. I highly recommend this elliptical if you have circulation or other foot - ankle - knee - or leg problems. My husband uses the machine every day for 30 minutes. Well built, sturdy but not too heavy if you choose to move to another area. It has a timer which is helpful as he likes to switch the rotation from forward pedaling to backward pedaling with equal benefits. We haven’t found any cons to this machine so far. His legs feel stronger and will be using the manual pedaling soon. ... show more

No assembly, super quiet even on conference calls. Am averaging over 15 miles a day based on Apple Watch fitness. Not the same as walking, but my legs are moving either way. I would otherwise be sitting at my desk job, with legs crossed, not moving and bad posture. I love it.

This machine is the best, my wife has lost 8 pounds and about three inches off her lower tummy and thighs, before she knows it she has rode at least 3 miles a day, she uses it while working from home. Her legs was swelling because of sitting on the job phones all day.
