This elliptical is a Fabulous machine. It is easy to use and it is working wonders for my mobility since it arrived 4 weeks ago. I use it 2 or 3 cycles/programs each day. It runs for 30 minutes each program. I had lost a lot of my mobility after I had surgery because I was in pain and not moving. ( 78 y/o) This machine has me up and walking well again. It helps my whole body functioning with getting my circulation working. After watching a lot of videos I chose this model. I knew I would not use a peddle machine if I had to work it myself. I knew I would never hold up for a half hour or an hour on my own steam. It does provide that manual operation though if you want to use it like that. I enjoy my workouts and can read while the machine does the work. If I did not own this elliptical today I would definitley buy it. It is a life saver to me. And it is quiet! ... show more

I use this when I'm watching TV. Your legs get a great workout and it's relaxing. The machine is very quiet when turned on. This machine is very well-made and sturdy. It's also portable with a built-in handle for carrying. Couch Potatoes get your workout on!

Very quiet, no motor sound. Preprogrammed modes, or manual. A nice 30 minute workout for legs. My husband who has Parkinson's did well. We prefer to wear thick socks rather than shoes. It has a remote if you need it. It does not have a pause feature so if you need to stop you have to start over. I can't imagine having this in the work place as you do move quite a bit if you use the faster modes. Although you could use the manual feature. ... show more

its very nice for its purpose. I wish you could set the distance and calories in US versus metric. you'd think a $219.00 excersizer wouls allow that... not in manual and no sw on the unit
