I liked everything about it it is very stable I can finally walk on a without holding the side handles. the belt is wide and it gives you just what you need 2 get your exercise in, it gives the time your calories your pulse your distance and your speed and it does inclined too but I did not need to Incline.Easy setup and heavy duty. This is the second MACHINE just like this that I have owned. My son and I wore out the first one. Liked it so well we ordered the same kind to replace our first one. Fairly easy to assemble. I put it together myself.

I like the quietness of the equipment and a good slow speed to strengthien the heart after an open heart surgery. Problem withe hole alignment being not exact line up, like they were in a hurry to finish drilling. It takes a little working to get it together it but it will go together eventually.     • Easy to put together
I purchased the excerise trainer and it came in with easy instruction to assemble. It took 15-20 minutes if you read the instruction correctly. The machine was already assembled 75-80% of the way when it was packaged, you just need to add the minor parts like the the legs, arms, etc...
