My little refrigerator never really worked right, it was making noise, like ice crashing, dripping water at the base and really nothing was cool enough inside. I tried to get help without any luck. So I got angry. First I checked the compressor it was running fine and the fan was running. Then I took both drawers out and I found out the cooling fan, on top of the unit, was frozen and of course no running. I took the inside back panel off and I found the coils were frozen from top to bottom. After I let the ice melt, I tried to run it and the little fan was broken, it never run. So I bought another fan for about $30, and now the refrigerator works great. It keeps the right temperature no matter how hot is. We live in Louisiana and the temperature is very high outdoors, 100°+. So in my case, the little cooling circulating fan, was installed backwards from the manufacturer, so instead pulling air from bottom to top, it was blowing backwards from top to bottom. I hope I helped some of the customers and if anybody needs additional help, i'll be glad to help.

This two drawer refrigerated cooler is very quiet and spacious. We bought it for our beverage nook outside our bedroom. It is a perfect fit for our space. It does a good job of cooling. We still don't understand how to set the grids inside the drawers, but they do separate beverages which is useful. Overall we are very satisfied with our purchase.

I am using this small refrigerator outside for drinks. It's amazing and handy for all members of the family. It's so attractive, that sometimes I just open the drawers to get a good look. So much better than my old U-line which was just an open "cave". The drink cans would tumble over. At first I was unhappy that there was a 3-4" space at the top, but the temperature at the top of the frige needs a space to be cool. Don't install to fit exactly, there would probably be a fire. Just my opinion, I am not a plumber!

purchased and installed this in June of 2022!! This is the best under-counter refrigerator I have ever owned. The pull out drawers are deep allowing water bottles to stand! Lots of room for gallons of milk or other items! Keeps everything nice and cold and I would HIGHKY recommend it!

They look and work great! A gallon milk jug will fit in the top drawer but only on side of the control panel or the other. We don't worry about that and just put it in the bottom drawer. I will say that the "still open " ding is very faint. We have 1 drawer that doesn't quite close right, and i am the only one that can hear the ding. You just have to push it lightly and the drawer will seal fine, and the dinging will stop. We live on a boat and there is no humidity leak or anything. I will say that if you use them outside, keep them out of the sun. They will get hot in the top above the control panel.

Purchased this outdoor refrigerator and the extended warranty. After 3 months, condensation started building up inside the door. It would also occasionally shut down. We contacted Amazon and because it was after the 90 days were told to contact Ice Jungle or the extended warranty company. Per usual, we got the run around, Amazon blamed Ice Jungle, Ice Jungle blamed Amazon and warranty company said that it was still under the 1 year warranty and to contact Ice Jungle. Ice Jungle has given us the run around for weeks. Will not stand by their product, so please buyer beware. We are still "waiting" for Ice Jungle to let us know how they want to handle it. Horrible customer service and you cannot speak to anyone. Everything is via email.

We love the 2-drawer Ice Jungle refrigerator! It looks beautiful and we use for drinks. Unfortunately, within a year, the unit stopped cooling below 59. The temperature would show that it was at set temp. So would kick off/on. However, the drinks didn’t seem that cold and we placed a thermometer in unit to discover that it was NOT achieving the set temp. We contacted Ice Jungle via email. After a few emails…answering their questions and providing images and a video, we received a FULL REFUND. So needless to say, we are thrilled with their solution. We loved the unit and will certainly replace. Great customer service!
