Exactly what I needed to get my legs and ankles moving again.
I was not expecting much, but needed to do something since I have been home bound for a few years now, as a care giver. I received this Leg Exerciser yesterday. Used it for 30 minutes last night. It helped reduce my ankle swelling. I used it again this morning and can really feel it in my calves and the back of my thighs. Amazing. Since I am so out of shape I used the automatic P1 for starters. 30 minutes was about 1200 steps, just over half a mile, and about 125 calories. Overall Pleased
This was purchased as an exerciser for stroke recovery. Pros - It was a decent price and worked as expected (and hoped for). The display worked well to provide info as to speed, distance, etc. which is important when using it as a therapy tool. It had a smooth operation and the tension wheel was a great means of adjusting it as needed. Cons - The assembly instructions left a lot to be desired. There was no light on the display (at least not one we could find) so it was difficult to see. The App never worked well for me on Android and app developer said a new version would be released. Then the app went belly up. Fitshow.com is not responding at all. User manual has a nice parts drawing but gives no contact information on where to obtain parts. ... show more

I love it!
It’s quiet. The machine is a lot lighter than I’d thought it would be. Took a minute to put together, but honestly worth it! I’ve noticed I want to workout more and I can easily watch TV while using it. The build is really nice! You get more resistance levels than other machines and it works fantastic!! This thing rocks!
I read all of the reviews, but was still skeptical. I scored this on a lightning deal and am so glad I did. I have had a lot of foot pain problems, and when every step hurts, exercise is difficult to face. I should be swimming, I know. This thing rocks! It is silent and smooth and it is possible to use it and forget you are exercising. Right now, in my first two weeks, I am focused on reps, not high tension. I use it with a recliner with two pillows behind my back. I use it while crocheting my huge blanket project for my son’s wedding gift, working, watching t.v., etc. My kids love it too! I am so glad I found this - pain-free, seamless, always-there exercise. No more excuses, but it is easy to get exercise in now. I am truly thankful I found this. Edit after not very long use, the pedals started falling off since they were unscrewing. Not long after,, the screws for the pedals were stripped and just fell off- we were not able to screw them back in. It was not used that long, but I did love it when it worked. ... show more

Great for people with weak legs!
I'm disabled and in a wheelchair and they've always wanted to use a stationary bicycle to help get some movement in my legs and at least get some exercise. This was the perfect solution for me since I don't need to get in any awkward position, I just roll up to it and there's nothing blocking my way. The best part is it can assist me when I need it and I can still put effort into which helps me exercise without straining myself too much. Also as long as you turned it off going in the desired direction, you can still pedal in that direction without the machine being on. I just wish the foot pedals were just slightly wider since the raised border may sometimes get in the way, but it's nothing too extreme. This also has a nicer color palette than the white one I saw on TV and at least here you get the option of choosing whatever color you want. This is definitely a great thing to invest in and this is going to help me slow down my weakening muscles. ... show more

Quiet and sturdy
This product is a lot heavier and sturdier than I expected. Doesn't take up much space and can be easily fit under the desk/table while using the computer. It's also really quiet, but then be careful about what chair you sit on while pedaling on this bike because when I sat on a regular office chair, I wiggle on the chair so much that it won't stop squeaking, and I think it's going to do some damage to the chair if I keep doing this while sitting on it. Switching to a four-legged chair definitely helped. Another thing is that the bike does slip a little when pedaling, which is normal considering how much force you're putting into it when you pedal. This is where the adjustable rope they give you comes in handy. As for the assembly it was quite straight-forward. The manual gave pretty clear instructions and I put it together in about 20 minutes. They also have a link to a YouTube video if you want to watch someone put it together. That video helped me figure out how to put the batteries in. Overall I enjoy this product and would recommend, especially for those of you who sit at your desk for long hours everyday and/or like to binge watch Netflix. ... show more
