I bought two of these sets. It took me a couple days to put the furniture pieces together; About 1 day per set. My husband built the fire pits in about 1-2 hours per fire pit but he is not a handyman type so I thought he did pretty good. After the first one or two are done, it gets a lot easier. Unfortunately one of the glass tops arrived shattered in delivery which wasn't their fault but required a shop vac and gloves for cleanup. The manufacturer has excellent customer support, 100% Wonderful. Quickly after contacting the manufacturer, they were able to get me the new piece and have it delivered with tracking so that we could enjoy our tables. The chairs themselves are a bit smaller than I thought but not unreasonable. I love the beautiful navy color, the cushions on both sets were consistent in color and design. The top cushions have ties on them so they don't blow off in the wind. The bottoms do have grippy rubber dots on the bottom part so they don't slide off. I think all in all for the money this was a quality set. I am a 58 year old woman and was able to put these together. It was a pain in some areas where you have to use an alan wrench which is included but I was able to use a regular alan wrench bit for most of the screws. All hardware was included. I was surprised to even get a few extra screws and washers. The cushions fluff up after you pull them out of the bags. Some of them are tucked in the furniture for delivery and are a bit hard to pull out but nothing two people can't do. There are adjustable feet for each chair. The set does come with a really decent furniture cover which is nice (you have to push all the furniture together to cover them) and a separate fire pit cover. The firepit also has a glass cover with handles and glass fire windows to keep the fire in check and help keep little fingers out. Do not handle glass fire pit cover when hot during a hot summer day without hand protection (trust me I learned my lesson). Oven mitts will suffice. The handles on the glass cover are metal and on 100 degree days, it's hot to pick up. The glass top was beautiful once it was put on and wiped down with windex and though the fire is going, I was able to set my cold drink on the edge and it did not melt any faster or warm my drink since the clear windows help keep the heat directed upward. It's a lovely set and should last for a while. The wicker is sort of a plastic vinyl but it looks very high end and should last a long time. The seats have good support which is excellent because my husband and I are not small people and there seems to be no issue (At 6'5 He is slightly over 300 lbs and it's fine with his weight). You will need a battery for your table, I believe it was a triple A. It goes under the screw off dial that makes the starter work. You literally unscrew it, put the battery in and then screw it back on and you will hear the clicking when you press it. Go to the grocery store get a nice size tank of propane gas. Make a small bottle of 50% dishsoap and water and after connecting your gas lines, test for gas bubbles to make sure it's not leaking. After that you just turn the gas on and press the clicker and it lights up (It was fairly easy to figure out). It was really nice classy ambience and heat and we even have one of our sets in a screened porch. I would not recommend putting in an fully enclosed porch because of the gas, you could die from oxygen deprivation. Our porch is screened so we get ample air flow and the other we have outside. I did order special beautiful blue glass for ours but it comes with glass pebbles and they will do fine if you don't want to spend the extra money. I would say 1 and a half bags of sparkle fire glass was all we needed (Cost us about 120 bucks for 4 bags for 2 separate fire pits but we had extra). 2 bags of glass was a bit too much and we had to make sure the fire starter was not covered with glass. The small shiny square needs the air in it so we just scooped a bit of the fancy glass to the sides of it. I threw a bunch of cute beachy throw pillows on it and my porch looks adorable now. The best part was the ambiance and warmth it gave off at night. I know my neighbors and adult kids will want one now. Thank you to the company for the great customer support as well. I do not regret the purchase at all.

Comfortable and overall a nice set. Get the right size bit for the drill and assemble it together faster! Once you do one of the seats all the others are so easy to assemble! Can’t wait to use it and just chill outdoors.

Nice amount of seating with multiple seating combinations. Cushing's are on par with most sets of the same. Cushions have zippers and ties downs. They are waterproof and comfy. Would prefer a rectangular coffee table so most guest can use from each end but provided table does the job. Keeping furniture protected is easy as provided cover is of nice quality and well made. You can stack chairs and store them more compact as well.

Looks great, easy to put together once you get the first one done. Don't tighten screws until everything is together to make it easier to line up holes. Only disappointment is that the cushions really aren't that substantial.

This patio set is great! I searched for a gray cushioned set for our outdoor patio space and landed on this manufacturer and style after researching for several weeks. For the price point, it simply cannot be beat. I didn't want the cheapest patio furniture that was on the market but also could not spend several thousand dollars on a high-end set. Three heavy boxes arrived via FedEx. The boxes were in great repair and they have metal corner braces to ensure the integrity of the boxes during shipment. That was a nice touch for a somewhat cheaper patio set. It did take several hours to assemble the pieces but after you do one seat, it's easy to do the rest since they all follow a similar pattern for assembly. The instructions were easy to follow. My only complaint is the pieces smelled HORRIBLE straight from the box. The smell has disappeared since assembly. We have been using the patio furniture for several weeks now. They are surviving being jumped on by a kid and there is no sagging spots in the plastic rattan. The cushions are also maintaining their integrity. Our weather is turning colder and rainy. We have the set under a patio overhang so we cannot speak to the integrity of the patio cover but the cushions have handled the moisture in the air with no molding or smells. We also had to reach out to their customer service for support. They were prompt and friendly and resolved our needs in a timely manner. We would purchase from this manufacturer again.
