I like these pans because they cook evenly and are very easy to clean (sometimes I just wipe it out). Except.... I was heating some roast beef in beef broth in the 8" frying pan and somehow forgot to turn off the heat (it was on low). By the time I figured it out, the broth had literally baked on to the pan. It's like the broth became one with the coating. I can get it to come off with steel wool, but that just scratches up the surface. So, be careful not to burn something in this pan or it may become useless like mine is. Update: I have been cooking with these pans for four months now and they are slowly losing their non-stick properties. Also, the big frying pan has developed a 'hot spot' in the middle that pretty much burns everything. I'm tossing them and buying something different.

I love this set of pans! Heat distribution is perfect! I have arthritis and the lids on these pans make it so easy for me to drain off excess liquid when I’m done cooking. They clean up so easy too. I highly recommend these!

Since buying pots on this site, it's the worst I've got. The pots were so beautiful when they came, I was so happy. After using them the color started to change inside. It's like it's not built for an everyday use purpose and I cook everyday. Any little thing stains it and now I regret buying it.

Very nice set EXCEPT...when I went to use the fryer for the first time, it wasnt flat on the bottom, like it was warped...it wobbled on the glass stove top. Called and tried to get the fryer replaced and couldnt...would have to send the whole set back. Well, the packing material was already trashed. Buying another fryer was almost as much as the whole set cost. Not sure why they couldnt just send me another fryer but not happy with the service. Only gave 2 stars for the heat distribution because, if the whole bottom isnt flat on the cooktop, obviously, the heat wont be evenly distributed.
