The media could not be loaded. Not sure if this noise will dissipate after a view uses but we tried the gas on different settings and it whistles and makes a loud noise from the gas rushing through the pipes. Our previous kit didn’t make a noise. Hoping after a view uses this will go away, will update this review. Overall it was easy to install and I love the look of the flames.

Install was easy and looks fine, but the product is so noisy it’s unusable. I first thought maybe I had a kink, but after getting a professional opinion its because of this burner.

I went the cheap route for these inserts, and boy am I glad I did. Had it installed by a professional (I could have done it myself, but working with gas connections scare me) Gives a beautiful flame with fake logs and the burning ember effect is awesome.
