The product seems like it is of vertical good quality. The feel and looks of the metal material is great. The rubber buttons could be better. They are a little hard to push and feel cheap. It does look good overall. We’ve used it for a week now, without any issues. It needs 4 AA batteries, which are not included in the package. Replaced the old ugly door knob with this new black contemporary digital deadbolt and handle. This is our cabana door off our pool to access the bathroom. We used to keep the door locked and always had to run in to unlock dripping all over the floor. Now we have a combination lock to give access to us as well as our guests. You can even set a temporary combination for a workman if they need access to your home, This is not a WiFi lock that you can access from your phone. I only gave this 4 stars because I didn’t read that it was an interior door lock. I guess if you have someone you lock in there room you would use this inside ha ha. We decided to go ahead and install because we read reviews that other people used it on the exterior doors, our is sheltered by a deep overhang so hopefully it will last in the Florida heat and humidity, ... show more

When I first purchased I did not see anything indicating it could not be on an exterior door. I went back to see what size batteries were needed and saw at that time it's indoor only. We returned and purchased another one instead.

The metal bronze finish looks expensive for the price. This keyless lock is motorized, so is has to line up perfectly or it will click back if not properly aligned.
