I have had low and mid back pain off and on for years. Had done chiropractic , accupuncture, and other therapies in the past. The very first time I used the product I was pleasantly surprised. All my back pain was instantly relieved. it is important to not use directly on the lumbar spine while lying on your back. The proper way to work on this area is to lay on your side and roll on it across the upper buttock and hip area. This will safely treat the l spine and buttocks area. Then you can put the roller just above the kidney area on your back and work on your mid spine area, push up with your feet and allow your full body weight to fall on the roller.After that you can roll up to the shoulder upper back. Also can be used on your legs and calf areas, and feet.. If I had known this worked so well I would have purchased years ago. It seems to re-align the back better than a chiropractor. You will hear some popping and cracking as the back gets adjusted. It is also like giving yourself a massage at the same time.A word of caution. If you have any severe injuries or had surgery hardware to your back or other areas I would recommend that you speak with your physician before trying it out. This is an amazing product at a very reasonable price.

Before I begin: the only reason I gave a four star rating for travel is only because I think you can’t travel with it on an airplane, (it would be too tricky to try to fit into a suitcase) but for car rides then it’s 100% great. Okay what you need to know is that I work two jobs, one of them a at a restaurant so I’m on my feet all day and I’m constantly running up and down stairs. Plus whenever I get stressed I feel all that stress right in my back. Which means that my legs and back always get sore. Yoga can only do so much. Anyhow I’m telling you buy this. I have the 24 inch one. When it first arrived I honestly thought that they forgot to put the roller in the package it’s so light weight. The other thing is that it’s on the harder side. At first I was worried that the hard foam would hurt but the hard is what makes it good. What I mean is, when I’m sore and in some pain I need something that will really workout those knots and get down to business. If this roller was soft I don’t think it would be as effective. It would be like using a soft pillow to workout a sore knot. Does that make sense? Also I’m sorry this review was so long but I didn’t want to leave anything out and my back feels so much better.

I’m 6’4” so I like the length of this one, makes it cover more of my back and gives my neck support when I rotate it. Helps with my back. I do variable grip push ups on it every day. Life changing stuff.

I use this for laying down on my back on the floor to support from butt bone to head support. I then stretch out my arms on the side, above my head and in a touchdown formation. It helps to stretch out the various muscles. Love it!

Roller is good quality and works well. If I could order again, I would order the 36in, not the 24. I am 5’8. Having those extra inches would be helpful for rolling out the legs.

I rolled my back on this as soon as it came and I feel immediate relief! It seems to hold my weight and I’m over 200lbs. Granted I did not remove the plastic film and I probably wont.
