We have one for housekeeper, one for the handyman and another for my family when they come over. installed both the door handle and digital keypad lock with no issues. However, the latch would not close when using the keypad. Motor struggled to move the latch back & forth. After the first 3 times motor failed to move latch at all. Removed the lock to examine & the latch. Discovered the latch itself had something internally that was binding it up. Note: I need the latch in the longer length for my install (2 3/4"). I returned it to the shorter length (2 3/8") & it functioned smoothly. When in the extended position it would not work. I applied lubricant & it did not help. I ended up cannibalizing the Baldwin deadbolt I removed for this install. Baldwin latch moved with ease. Two hours of rigging and now works. A shame I had to do this. Time will tell....Looking back I should have returned it.

This door handle was so easy to install, and I did it all by myself. The only thing I had a little bit of a problem with was the technology part and getting the codes set up, but once I watched the video on the product, I was able to get it very quickly. I love that it is really sleek and functional. Even has the option to set codes for different people which is nice if we have people coming over to work on our house.

Only issue with this is the bolt and handle pin aren't standard spacing and require some door modifications to install.

Got this for the door between the garage and our house. Install was a little confusing (the gold plate in particular) but we were able to figure it all out. Looks great. The keypad can be annoying because I feel like I have to touch it 3-5 times for it to become active. But once active, works perfectly fine. I’d recommend this product.

We bought this keypad for one of our properties. The door is inside but the Sun shines in the afternoon for about an hour. Whenever this happens, the keypad does not work and the lock keeps getting stuck. We installed another lock in another door where the sun does not shine and do not have this issue.

The media could not be loaded. First time install the lock will not work. Out of box failure. Would like to replace product as it was on sale at time of original purchase. Replacement is not an option online, only refund but then I wouldn't get the sale price which is why I bought the Amazon brand. Can't find a customer service phone number or other contact information. Does anyone have suggestions? Video attached of malfunction after installation.
