Purchased this plan with an A/C from Amazon. The A/C was never delivered unfortunately due to shipping issues, so I had to cancel the protection plan associated with the A/C. ASURION was quick to reply back to me and quickly issued my refund. Purchased a new plan with another A/C I recently ordered and it was quickly sent to my email like the previous one was. l Have not had the chance to use the plan yet obviously, but so far customer service was great in resolving my issue.
