The larger skillet lost its non-stick surface within 1.5 months. It is the most used piece, but that was disappointing. Ceramic is only known to hold up for a short while (twoish years), but I was hoping for at least a year before we experienced this problem. We handwash only with a microfiber sponge and use silicone kitchen utensils. The outside of the pieces still looks great 3 months later, and there's no *visible* damage to the interior of the pots or pans. All of the other pieces aside from the larger skillet are still great. Maybe that one skillet is just a fluke. ... show more
