After months of tossing it in my car and gym locker, it still looks practically new. **Versatile Size**: The bag strikes a good balance - large enough for gym clothes, shoes, toiletries, and a water bottle, but not so big that it becomes unwieldy. It fits perfectly in standard gym lockers and doesn't take up excessive space in my car trunk. **Comfortable to Carry**: The padded shoulder strap is comfortable even when the bag is fully loaded. The handles are well-positioned and sturdy. I can carry it for extended periods without shoulder fatigue. **Classic PUMA Style**: The design looks clean and athletic without being flashy. This Puma duffel bag is sturdy, just the right size, spacious enough for the gym, a weekend trip, or a full tennis / soccer / pickleball kit without being bulky. The main compartment opens wide for easy packing, and the external zip pocket is perfect for quick-access items like keys or headphones. Branding is clean and subtle. The shoe compartment can fit anywhere from one to three pairs of shoes. It goes into the main compartment area, as you add to it. If you don't use it, then it will take up zero space. The strap is basic—no padding—but it suits the bag’s simple design. Material is thin, not for protection.

People acting like this is some revolution in duffel technology are out of their minds. It's a good duffel bag. It's lightweight, it has a separate compartment for shoes / dirty / sweaty stuff which is great. The pouch is flexible so when you don't need it it doesn't take up space. Puma didn't invent this, it's a common feature. But it's nice to have. The bag construction is I'd say 'medium duty'. The stitching is decent and the material seems strong for its weight. I think it makes a good bag for lightweight gym materials. It doesn't do well as a heavier carrier though. Padding isn't really comfortable enough for it. The D rings on the shoulder strap turn sideways and bind the fabric loops. Not a big deal for the gym, but I was thinking I'd maybe use this as an overnight travel bag and will probably look for something a bit more purpose-built for that.
