Heavy Duty Rack That Actually Works Well
Grabbed this hitch rack to haul four bikes to the trails and it has been a game changer. Setup was straightforward, took maybe twenty minutes to get everything installed on my truck. The heavy duty steel frame feels solid and doesnt wobble or shake even on bumpy roads. Bikes fit securely and theres no way they are coming loose no matter how rough the drive gets . Loading and unloading bikes is easy, you can do it without a ton of strength. The rack holds the bikes at a good angle so they don't bang into each other. Been taking it on multiple trips and everything still looks good with no rust or damage. The 2 inch hitch connection fits perfectly and is super stable . All four bikes fit comfortably without any crowding issues. Quality is impressive for the price, way better than I expected alot honestly. Straps and hardware all feel durable and well made. Would definitely recommend this to anyone needing to transport bikes regularly. Great practical solution that actually works.

Solid economical Bike Rack for a '25 Subaru Legacy sedan
I was a little skeptical about this item as its price was significantly lower that the competitors. I installed the Amazon bike rack on my 2025 Subaru Legacy (sedan). I had previously installed a Class 3 CURT 2" hitch. The assembly was easy. What amazed me most was the stability of the rack once installed -- absolutely no wobbles. I can install the rack on the car or uninstall it in under a minute. (I use a 24mm socket instead of the 24mm wrench that came with it). I bought a crossbar for my 29" mountain bike (Scott Spark 920) so the bike would be "level" on the rack". Unloading and loading is a breeze. I add a bungee around the wheels and the rack to keep them from spinning when I travel. If I'm travelling a long distance, I also use small bungees on the pedals to keep them from spinning. There is no "flapping" from the rack tie downs -- they are rigid plastic and work very well. If I know I'm going to be leaving the bike on the rack, I add a cable lock around the frame of the bike and secure it through the loop on the hitch. The rack arm folds down if I want to leave it on the car. It is a simple 30 second procedure. I don't need to tip the rack down to open the trunk on my Legacy so I'll probably never use the "tip-down" feature. In rugged terrain, I occasionally bottom out on my hitch -- but that is because I'm driving a "sedan". (Not a rack problem -- it could be solved if I had an SUV). Overall, a solid rack and I'm impressed and pleased.

Great rack for the price!
This rack is surprisingly durable and versatile for such a low price. I was replacing a nice thule rack and this only lacks a locking cable. The ratcheting mechanism on this is similar to a saris rack so doesn't have much that will wear out in the sun except maybe the rubber in the cradles. Fit our car very well is easy to use and allows for the rack to swing down so we can get in the rear hatch. It's easy to install and uninstall and is very durable. It does not rattle in our hitch on our car which can be annoying on other racks. Overall a very stable rack for your bikes.

Good Rack, But Not Really for 4 E-Bikes
Good Rack, But Not Really for 4 E-Bikes I purchased this bike rack for my minivan because it advertises that it can hold up to 4 bikes. The rack itself is sturdy, fits well on my van, and works great for regular bikes. However, if you have e-bikes, the capacity is much more limited. I was only able to comfortably fit 2 e-bikes on the rack. The bikes are heavier and take up more space, so trying to fit 4 e-bikes would not be realistic. I also recommend paying close attention to the weight limits before loading heavier e-bikes. Overall, it’s a decent rack and works well for my needs with two e-bikes, but I wish the listing was clearer that the 4-bike capacity is really more appropriate for standard bikes. If you’re buying this specifically to carry 4 e-bikes, I would look for a heavier-duty option designed for e-bikes.

Not made for a women's bike
Only giving one star because it’s not very universal. Women's bikes just couldn’t fit in it, (the cross bar on the bike must be straight across like a men's bike). The women's bike would not fit. You don't find out about this until page 9 of the instructions where it shows you 3 pictures of bikes, and the 2(women's bikes) are X out with only the men's bike showing a check mark (most of the instructions are just pictures) Just wasn’t the right one for our bikes. PLUS, to return the rack, Amazon makes you repack it in a box to return it (have you tried repacking something assembled in China ? !!!. Because of this I will be looking local for a rack.
