Very serviceable. Easy clean up. Preheat is only at 400F for 3 minutes. If you want a different temp, run the preheat then set the cook time and temp to your preferred preheat or just go with what you have. When time runs out , you can reset cook time and temp again if necessary. This was my first air fryer and I am glad I started here for the value. I returned the first one I bought because it would randomly shut off before completing the cooking cycle. I got a replacement, but it has the same defect. I will be returning the second one also. I noticed there was nothing in the troubleshooting section about how to fix the issue.
