I simply love this Mini Heater. I live in the Bay Area, California where it gets pretty cold in the winters. I have my gym set up in the garage and it becomes practically impossible to use it during winters. But once I installed this Amaze Heater in my garage, it warms the space to the perfect temperature for my family and I to have our workout sessions. It practically makes the garage an extended room of the home. The wifi plug it comes with is a blessing. I see a lot of similar or bigger and better units (higher priced) that have a remote but I feel the problem with remote is that it can get lost and then you have a problem with turning it on/off.So I love the convenience of pairing it up with Google and just using an app to control it. Also, the beauty of supplying a separate plug-in wifi plug is that you can use it with or without the wifi. If your installation allows easy access to the switch, you can use the wifi plug elsewhere. If not, you can use it with the heater and control it with your phone. The heater came with proper instructions and screws so it was easy to install. The ability to put the heater on a timer schedule is a great safety feature. Just-in-case we forget to turn it off, it’ll automatically get switched off after a certain time. Overall I am very happy with this heater and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to create an indoor/outdoor warm space.

Amaze-heater is an amazing little product. I I live in the desert (Palm Springs, CA), and although it doesn't get crazy cold as it does back East, it does get very chilly at night during the winter. I love spending evenings out on my patio. It is a ritual that has become my "me" time. However, it's too chilly to spend much time outside in the winter. That's where Amaze-heater comes in. The heater is relatively small, less than 2' wide, and roughly 8" high, but it puts off a lot of heat. I'll get back to discussing the heat in a moment. The brackets used to support the heater are clean-looking and pretty much disappear when you mount it. It is straightforward to mount, I probably could have done it, and I am not particularly handy, but I had a handyman coming over anyway, so I had him do it. It took him less than 10 minutes to get it installed. I love that it comes with an Alexa-compatible smart plug. It allows me to have the unit installed under the eave of my house, pointing down and out to the chair where I spend all my time. When I want the heater on or off, Alexa handles it for me. I never have to touch the device. It keeps me warm, and the heater is about 8 feet above me and 3-4 feet behind me. Realistically, if I were entertaining and someone was sitting much further away than that, they would probably not be as warm as mee . . .not freezing, but not super warm either. To be honest, in an outdoor area, I think it would be unrealistic to expect that it would warm a great deal of the patio area. Amaze-heater heated more than I expected it would. The unit definitely gets hot. If you have children or pets, you will definitely want to hang this high enough that there is no burn danger. This is a terrific little unit that does exactly what I need it to do, and it does it well. If you are expecting to heat an entire outdoor patio with one small unit, you'll be a bit disappointed, but if you are looking to heat a seating area, this will do the trick! I really like it for just in front of one of my workbenches for quick repairs. I have several heaters including a salamander that is the largest Tractor supply sells but that one is loud so I can't listen to my music. I have propane as well but that take a few minutes to roll, over, turn it on and wait to heat up. This one is instant on, well almost. It comes with a good wall mount with screws and wall anchors. I just drove deck screws into my shop window header. That worked fine. I did not like the switch since it is over my bench. No worries. I have a separate shop light that I put on a switch which has and extra outlet so I just plugged into that. If I am in there that light will be on anyway. Issue solved. I already had someone ask about it and how fast it heats up. I tried checking my skin but that come with its own heat so I used my leather powdercoat gloves to give a fair evaluation. It was 23.6 degrees out when I did the test. 30 seconds in it was 35.9 and at 60 seconds it was up to 59.3. that's not bad at all since it was about 4 foot away from where my head would be. I don't know what the electric bill will be but for the jobs that take me less than half and hour, this should be perfect for my situation. Hope you found this review helpul.

Used this for the winter. I tried it out for the home office since it's right by the door. It keep my floor warm the rest of the day and my dog loved it too. We're planning to mount it for the winter this year on the back patio. Maybe we can save some plants too. It's really powerful.

There was really no install except mounting the patio heater to the patio overhang. The downloaded app connected to make it voice activated with Alexa. We tried out the heater but temps just hit upper 80 degrees here near Dallas even though it was snowing and sleeting just last week so we won’t get more use out of it until next winter. I’m really looking forward to using it then so I can star gaze from my patio when the winter sky is clear. Only drawback is I wish the cord length were longer. ****** I rely on unbiased customer reviews for my own purchases, so my reviews are always honest and fair. I hope it helps! ******

This heater is hot as soon as you plug it in. Pretty amazing and puts out a large amount of heat. It comes with a bracket for hanging on the wall and a switch on the bottom. It also comes with a WIFI outlet so you can control if from your phone. That is nice if you want to hang this up high and out of reach. It is not very big but boy it produces heat. Well worth the money and a great way to heat a pretty good-sized area.
