You know something about PFOAs and the permanent chemicals that seem to invade everyday life. You know they're not good for you, but please do 15 minutes of research to see how bad some of these are for you. I'm very glad this cookware has NONE of that. The surface is impossibly smooth. The surfaces are clean of all the negative effects. I believe it's ease of cleaning is through incredible smoothness of the surface. I don't have a scientific tool to test this, and my hand is certainly not precise enough to measure, but that's my theory. I've literally seen water bead on it. We've cooked about 15 meals on this so far. I've done a pan steak seared with butter 2x, fried chicken, veggies, and stir fry (yes, at high temps). Due to the smoothness the cleanup was easy on all of them. The batter wouldn't stick to the sides or bottom when frying chicken. The steak, even at high temp, hardly left any burn marks. The pots and pans did fine throughout. I haven't used the smallest pot, but I expect about the same performance throughout. Using the cookware isn't hard at all. It's relatively light for the size, and I didn't get heavy. I actually questioned what metals they're made of because it almost felt too light. I'd need the manufacturer to confirm or deny but it almost feels like titanium. I've been loving the look of these as well. The outside is just as easy to clean up as the inside. This cookware looks great, performs great, and it's easy to clean. So smooth indeed!

As I imagine is the case with most people, I bought these to avoid chemicals leaching into my food. That said, glass lids would be better, and I think they went cheap on the hollow handles because they do get hot, unlike othen pans I've owned.

🍳This is an absolutely stunning cookware set. It is just a beautiful eggshell white/cream with metal handles for accents. It is nicely weighted -- not overly heavy, but has some substance so feels like a quality pan/pot but easy to use and use and handle with one hand. My set had no flaws in the ceramic enamel and was gorgeous. I was very impressed. 🍳Now, let me say that I am a mom cooking for a family -- so we are hard on our cookware, I don't love to cook, and I don't do anything fancy. I want easy to use and easy to clean. This set is amazing for cooking with -- its superpower is definitely its non-stick quality. I have had non-stick pans before (even ceramic ones), but nothing like these. Now, I tried to make scrambled eggs (I often try for an omelet but usually can't get a clean flip/fold) -- and I actually couldn't get the mixing going for the scrambled part while cooking in these because the fry pan was so slick. Every time I tried to mix the eggs, it moved in a solid piece, and I was actually able to easily flip and make an omelet. Everything just slid right out onto my plate. And the cleanup was a breeze -- the water even beads on these because of the surface. I also made fried chicken and oh my goodness -- it may be the first time that I haven't lost any crust because of sticking on the bottom. Everything just slid around in the pan like it wasn't even touching the bottom (which it was) and there wasn't a speck of crust stuck to the pan when I was done -- cleanup was super easy! 🍳I have only two concerns with this set. ▪First, the lids are solid, and though they look lovely and do have functional vent holes, if the lid is on any of the pieces you are unable to see what is cooking or how it is progressing. I really would have preferred a clear lid for this reason as I don't always want to lift the lid to monitor something that is simmering on the stove. ▪Second, I have had ceramic pans before, and they are somewhat delicate if not handled properly. They do warp easily and if the ceramic surface chips or scratches at all (which is easy to do with other pans when stacking them, when cleaning, or if you use a harsh utensil to cook with), then the non-stick surface no longer works and everything sticks and stains. I will definitely hand wash these and I will use felt pot protectors between them when I stack to store them. We will see how long they last without a scratch or without staining. This definitely isn't unique to this set, but just something you have to be aware of if you are going to get ceramic cookware, though the white may end up staining more so than other colors would. But until then, these are wonderful. 🍳So in summary, I absolutely love the look, the weight and the non-stick capability - both for cooking and cleaning. The lids are great, but I do wish they were clear, and I worry about how long the ceramic will hold up to heavy use. If you are looking for a ceramic cookware set, then this is definitely one to consider. Just be aware of the care and cooking instructions you do need to follow if getting any ceramic set.

Nowhere on the description does it mention that these are recycled aluminum, ceramic coated pots and pans. I was a bit disappointed when I opened my package to find out they are not completely ceramic. They are only coated. And I definitely don’t think recycled aluminum is worth $300.

Admittedly, I'm a stainless steel cookware kind of girl. I do, however, find those instances where non-stick just makes more sense. Having been gifted a ceramic sauce pot, I found this style to be more durable and non-stick than all the other variations I've tried. I've spent up to $150 for a name brand skillet that warped and scratched over just a few years. This set is the perfect compliment to my stainless steel. It includes all the sizes I need. Although I've only had it a few months and am careful to not use metal utensils, I think these pots and pans are durable and will outlast the others I've tried. Full disclosure, I can't comment to potential warping or peeling because I don't use extreme heat for long periods and I also hand wash them. They look great so can be hung on a pot rack or left on the countertop when cabinet space is an issue. Very nice set for the price.
