    • Easy to attach/detach, hold bike completely stable!
Style: Deluxe Quick- Install Pattern Name: Bike Carrier Color: Black
I got tired of taking my front wheel off and cramming my hybrid bike in the back of my SUV to transport it, so I finally paid UHaul to put a hitch on my car and started looking for bike racks. This one was the cheapest I came across, which made me nervous, but after shelling out $250 for the hitch I wanted to conserve my money. I LOVE this carrier! Takes seconds to attach it to the car, a minute to lift the bike onto it and fasten the straps. I add a bungee to keep the wheels from banging around, and this holds the bike rock solid. I take the rack off the hitch and store it in the back of my car while I'm riding to prevent theft - SOOO easy to attach and remove! ... show more

    • Does the job!!
Style: Deluxe Quick- Install Pattern Name: Bike Carrier Color: Black
This is a great product. It is very easy to install and uninstall. I have been using it to transport 4 bikes (3 adult bikes and a kids bike) and everything fits really well and is secure. It does take effort to load and unload the bikes but that is true of most of these hitches. I highly recommend this hitch. ... show more

Fits perfectly on my Subaru factory installed hitch. My old one, though supposed to be 2" was slightly too big. This one is perfect.

    • Good rack (while it lasted)

I used the rack to transport 1 bike about a dozen times. After light use the Deluxe Quick Model knob broke right off. I was still able to use the rack by tightening it with a wrench, but after a couple of uses the rack stopped "locking in" and securing into the hitch. I contacted customer support with photos and an explanation of the issue hoping for a replacement part, but instead the customer service rep suggested I purchase a new locking mechanism and "upgraded" locking knob totalling another $50 + shipping. I glanced online and these aren't even in stock. Zero stars for customer service. I have a $200 hunk of metal sitting in the garage.....hope to hear back from someone at this business who is a bit more service oriented and not just trying to sell me upgraded parts (that should still be working). ... show more

    • Received used item
Style: Deluxe Quick- Install Pattern Name: Bike Carrier Color: Black
Purchased as new in October 2024. I finally opened today and this was received as a return item. Everything inside was used. All packaging opened and no instructions. All hardware loose inside. Should be ok but have concerns.
