My last shower head wit hand held hose broke down on us two days before AMAZONS big yearly sale . we had used it for about ten years and Iam the one who hooked it up so I knew that I could do this chore. After shopping I liked the video for Hibbent , It looked as if I could make it work.The price was good and I thought that the arce in the extension arm would work for my 6'2" husband to shower comfortably . all of the pieces feel sturdy and like they are metal and not plastic. The instructions were easy t read and follow . The wrench that was provided did not fit the part that I needed to tighten so i had to use one of my tools but Iam sure that tool will maybe come in handy at another time . got it all put together then I turned the water on and it all worked . water came out where it is supposed to , tomorrow will be the real tester . If you are in need of a new shoer head , or you just want to enhance your shower routine this Hibbent brand is really cool i am recomending it to everyone . If you are going to move it will be easy to dismantle and hook up at your new place in the future . treat yourself today you will be happy with it. ... show more

I enjoy being able to switch between the waterfall shower and the sprayer. You can do either, or 50/50 at reduced pressure. The sprayer has multiple settings from gentle to surprisingly high pressure spray. The waterfall was relaxing and comfortable pressure. Installation was easy. Be sure to use plenty of plumbers tape (included). The instructions state a “patented, no rubber washer installation “ for the main connection, but save your frustration and use a rubber washer (also included) ... show more

Don't hesitate, just buy this thing. Don't look for other options at this price point because there aren't any that are this level of quality. I love this shower head! The all metal design, even down to the hose on the handheld just feels premium. The hose doesn't curl like plastic hoses, the adhesive on the hand held hanger is very strong. I think I could hang on it if I wasn't worried about damaging my shower wall. We have very good water pressure, so we did end up using the optional pressure reducer thats included. But this size was perfect for our standard tub size. Not too big that it oversprays everywhere, but not too small that you have to move around a lot to get rinsed off. It's nice. For some reason, the water feels hotter than my last shower head. I don't have to run this thing on max hot like my last shower head so it's saving me a couple pennies per month I'm sure. ... show more

I ended up getting two of these. Used my daughters as Guinea pigs on the first one and they liked it, so got another for myself. Easy to install (use plenty of Teflon tape, like the instructions say, on the connection to existing pipe). You need good water pressure if you get the 12” head. It comes with an impressive amount of spare parts. Every o-ring and gasket you could need has replacements. Hopefully this will mean you can fix any future leaks so you can make this purchase last for many many years. ... show more

Though the instructions were terrible, the shower head was easy to install -- pretty straightforward, and there's plenty of youtube tutorials if needed. The handheld shower head offers great water pressure and many adjustments. The best part of this is the 10 inch square rain fall shower. Great pressure. It’s like a spa. Easy to install but the instructions are lacking. That said. This was an excellent purchase. Hope it lasts. Why 4 stars. This was obviously a returned item. The shower hose was in the bag but one of the caps was outside the bag. The way it was repackaged. Had to be a return. Looked like it was never actually used. So I set it up and it worked. I wish I had purchased something like this years ago, it's fantastic! Zero issues with the installation, the instructions were clear, and plenty of plumpers tape was provided...overall fantastic. Their customer service, however, is non existant, so if you do have an issue after the 30-day window, best of luck. This made my boring shower head look like high end spa, easy to install no leaks as long as you take your time putting teflon, the more the better I’d say 12 rounds of it, the pressure on the raid shower head is decent I got the 12inch square one and it feels like a gentle rain pouring down on you, if you want it to be a little stronger take out the restrictor part on the rain head, it’s a rubber gasket that has a mesh in the middle, after taking it out Teflon the threads heavily and it will have no leak but will give you a stronger pressure than before, or if you really want a stronger pressure get the smaller size shower head but you’ll loose the spa feel and looks of your shower ... show more
