Both the rain shower head and the extension arm are well made. They are fairly solid with brass fitting. While the instructions are not great, it is still fairly easy to install. It is nice they provided the plumbers teflon tape and plenty of it. The installation was fairly fast and I had no leaks from the start. The transfer valve is very solid and works smoothly. I am very happy with the construction of this part. It would be nice if it had a position to shut off but as that was not in the description, it is not a mark against this product but just a wish list if the manufacturer reads the reviews. The handheld unit is not nearly as well made as the shower head and extension arm but it is about normal for these products. One note, I ordered my system in brushed nickle but the hose to the hand held is in chrome. A minor point but it in brushed nickle would have been nice. I noticed a lot of other people that commented on this with photos attached it to the base bent arm from the wall. I thought that looked a bit odd so I purchased a short straight arm https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07W9CH3ZN?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details to replace my bent arm and I am happy with the look. I do not think I have great or very poor water pressure and the flow from the rain head or the hand held are great. If you put both on together it is a little light but still adequate.

I feel like I'm constantly going through showerheads because the heads clog, they look terrible after a few months, they leak, etc. This showerhead is none of those things. It's awesome! I've had it installed for several months now and still no issue. It looks great. It hasn't corroded. It's kept it's brilliant shine and it doesn't leak, One of the things I thought was great was that in the instructions it said to wrap the silicone tape around 12x. I had never been taught to wrap it around so many times, but it worked. The parts slipped on without any issues and there haven't been any leaks for the several months we've had this installed. The one thing I was worried about with this particular shower head was the "sticker" the holds up the handheld shower sprayer. I thought it wouldn't last or that it would look janky. But it's held up and I don't think it looks bad visually. Overall super happy with this. I would totally recommend this shower head.

LOVE this showerhead. Was super easy to install and the shower itself was amazing. Also, something that my daughter and I both noticed - the water is HOTTER! I've been contemplating turning up my hot water heater but now I don't have to. I don't know how that happened but we're not complaining!! I had never used a rainfall showerhead before last night and all I can say is that it completely exceeded my expectations because I was ready for it to have a lot less pressure. I'm also a HUGE fan of the extra height as I'm 6'0 tall and almost always have to crouch under a showerhead. If you adjust it, make sure it clicks in place before tightening it up or it will fall. (Figure this out BEFORE you get in the shower. LOL!) As far as the handheld, I'm waiting on a different caddy for the shampoos and stuff so I can put it up. I'm not concerned about the adhesive because I have another handheld holder that I installed a few years ago for my littles and that thing hasn't budged. It is true that it has less pressure when they're both turned on but - THAT'S NORMAL. That has literally happened with every dual showerhead I've ever owned because they're splitting the water source! Alone, it has better pressure than the one that it replaced. The hose between the two seems to be more flexible, which is a good thing in my house. The rigidity of the old one caused the metal casing over the hose to break so I'm expecting a lot longer life out of this one. I really like the length. Installation was quick, easy, and painless. I saw a lot of reviews say that they had to use a washer at the wall, but I did not. However, I did spend about ten minutes with a wire brush scraping out all of the old plumbers tape that remained in the grooves AND wrapped it 12 times, as suggested by the included directions, and there is absolutely no leakage. I will say that I wasn't exactly clearheaded when doing this as I had two children screaming and whining in the background and I thought that it was missing pieces because of the white plastic inserts in the ends of everything... Moms, if you're doing this - you're not missing any parts. Unscrew the little white piece and the showerhead will screw right onto the extension. *Oof!*

The shower is very sleek and looks expensive. The shower is perfect with its ability to adjust to fit a taller person. The hose is super thick n sturdy and the handheld is wide with good quality functionality with different modes. The water pressure is pretty on point. Only reason I am not giving this product 5 stars is because the handle for the handheld shower head does not stay attached to the wall with the sticky tape... I know you can drill it into the wall, but I rent an apartment and i can't just drill a bunch of holes in my shower wall.

I don’t usually do this, but I am so impressed with the quality of this shower head I have to write a review. As a handyman I have installed probably a hundred “upgrade” plumbing and electrical fixtures and have rarely been impressed, so when my wife told me she was going to order a shower head on Amazon I set my expectations very low. When it arrived I opened the box and was immediately surprised that it had good instructions and did seem to be rather substantial. I knocked on the head and felt the components and they all seemed decent and pretty solid. I was actually impressed when I realized the valve assembly that attaches to the shower arm was metal and I was able to actually tighten it. Then the big one hit me-not only is it real metal, with real seals, but it comes with two sets of restrictors to choose from. California or standard low flow. You actually have options. I chose option 3, no restriction (not on the list of choices) and have old school water flow. Also included are extra seals and some replacement nipples for the head in case you need to service down the road. I do believe this fixture will last a decade or more. Zero leaks, 100% confidence, and easily 1/3 or 1/4 of the price of the name brands from the big box stores. This is, by FAR, the highest quality replacement pluming fixture I have ever installed. 100% recommend!

This shower is AMAZING! Love it!! Have told everyone I know, They need to get it! It’s THAT GOOD!! The water pressure is AMAZING! The handheld is fantastic and has multiple options, It also has a pressure washer button on the back for cleaning the shower! That was an amazing surprise! I cannot say enough positive comments! You can use both rainfall shower head and the handheld at the same time and you get good pressure with both. That’s a rare find IMO!
