It’s so nice to be able to turn one head completely off and use the other! I swear the water feels soft it’s incredible! My hair & skin feel AMAZING! I also feel like I get more use of my water. I used to run out of hot water in like 15 minutes where with this I am able to take 30 minute showers and still sometimes have hot water!! We really enjoyed this shower the water pressure is great but we actually ended up having to order a replacement 3 way valve diverter because the one it comes with leaks no matter how hard you tighten it or how much plumbers tape you use. The diverter was $9 here on Amazon so an easy fix for the problem other than that we love the shower and the filter is a huge help with hard water. ... show more

We bought this shower head in April. From off the bat, the joint that connects the heads to the filter was never able to fully screw on tight. Somehow we got it tightly screwed until month by month it completely came undone.
