I really like this printer / scanner / copier from Pantum. Everything on it works well and it is fairly quite. The only issue I have is using the wifi connection from my laptop, I think i need to figure out how to use the same IP port on my router even after sleep or restarts. I'm actually quite computer savvy but the set up on this simple printer was way harder than it should have been. It took me approximately four hours to get this set up onto my Wi-Fi. The software that is downloaded and on the CD that comes with the drive is at best, a C+. It took me a ton of time to get this thing set up. I think the printer is actually pretty decent for the price, not outstanding but good. But if you're looking to set it up in a giff, without any issues, you might think about a better software division of printers. ... show more

I never leave bad reviews, but I truly regret purchasing this printer. The price was competitive for what I was looking for, but thats the only thing it has going for it. My biggest complaint about this printer is that it cannot be added to a home network. User must install the app on their device and disconnect from internet to connect to printer's WiFi Hotspot to use. Because of this, you are unable to print directly from web pages or cloud storage such as Google Drive. All files must be saved to device then opened up within the Pantum app (which is never updated.) Instructions for using the app do not match the printed instructions given when the wifi button on the printer is pressed (example, "Open APP and select [MORE]-[Configure printer Wi-Fi] in homepage" these options are no longer displayed on current app version. There is no "More" settings or "Configure" option. Even printing from a device connected directly to the printer via USB, the document must be saved and opened in the app. It also has an energy saving mode which cannot be turned off. After a few seconds the printer automatically enters then power saving mode and can no longer be detected until the button on the printer is physically pressed to exit power saving mode. If you are considering this printer, just save yourself the hassle, spend the extra few bucks and get the reputable brand printer. ... show more

Unbox, assemble, plug in, press print button. It spits out instructions. Follow and I was done. Easiest set up ever. Note: I use android devices not windows or Mac.

There was not a lot of info that came with this. Tech support? Didn't notice that there was any. Still trying to figure out how to get it to pair wireless

    • It's cheap, and it shows, but it does the job
Print quality is ok, wifi setup is difficult, wired setup is easy. Scanner works decently. My printer will ever wake up automatically from sleep mode. If you're trying to use this device far away from your PC get some rollerskates
