ive been going through cheap pans the past few years and they all just end up being tossed in the trash after a few months. I was hesitant to bite the bullet on these since there are some mixed reviews. but I took the leap and im glad I got them. they've been great. im not sure whats going on with other bad reviews on these but my speculation is that they just dont know how to cook and clean. some people just only cook in extreme high flame only and dont wash and dry by hand. and those ore the folks im sure are running into issues. if you cook well and clean carefully they are going to last. they heat up pretty quick and evenly. I put them through regular usage - at least once per day. hand wash and dry. the really are on stick. I couldnt be more happier than the chance I took on these. ... show more

I rarely cook with oils, but some foods still naturally generate hot and messy spatter. I'm using this as abnormal frying pan, with a higher sides, catching much of the excess spatter. All clad quality, good price.

I have owned All-Clad SS pots and pans for years. One non-stick saute pan was worn and needed to be replaced. I saw these for a surprising price so bought them. No, they are not the same as my other All-Clad which cost over $200 each but for the price, they are excellent Saute pans, and I got two and a top. No, I don't care if they were made outside the US. If they only last five or so years I give them 5-stars and a WOW. ... show more
