I needed to replace a similar pan from another high end manufacturer. I really wanted All Clad as I have found it to be superior over the years. This was the only one I could find like it and it was a great value. I am not sure why it was flagged as a frequently returned item. Product arrived in perfect condition and is exactly as described. I am looking forward to many years of use! Although they say you can put it in the dishwasher I will hand wash. I have other nonstick from AllClad and they are easy to clean, have great heat distribution and last for years. Very difficult to find this pan with the two short handles. ... show more

We recently upgraded to an induction cook stove, and we had to replace several pans, including an aluminum every day pan that we had used for years. This one is a great replacement. It’s nice to have fresh nonstick again. It responds well to the induction cooktop, and it is only slightly heavier than my old aluminum pan. A good choice. ... show more

This is my absolute favorite pan! We’ve had it now for 4 months and it gets almost daily usage. Heats evenly, spacious enough for full meals, handles do not heat up so still easy to hold, cleans up well. Will be ordering a second one to use the pair for larger meals.

    • The superstar of our pots and pans
We have almost entirely All-Clad cookware simply because it lasts so long and works so well. When our Calphalon non-stick 12" everyday pan started flaking, we replaced it with this model and have been very happy since. It feels high-quality, it cooks evenly, and nothing sticks to it. I'm not accustomed to All-Clad gear being somewhat affordable, but I'm here for it. This is a nice piece at a nice price for what it is. This pan is a no-brainer because of its quality and versatility. Note: Even though it says it's dishwasher safe, I still wouldn't recommend anything nonstick in the dishwasher. While I doubt this will flake off, the harsh detergent can't possibly be helping that coating. ... show more

I bought this item a few weeks ago and could not be happier. I highly recommend that you hand wash it with hot water and soap after it is cooled off. I have been steaming rice in this pan and flipping over with a nice crusty bottom. The pan is wider than I anticipated and fits my need. Please pay attention to the dimensions so you are surprised. This pan is not super deep. I highly recommend it to those that have a use for it. If you are new to all-clad please consider buying what you need and not buy a set. Although the sets are a good buy for your money, in most cases only a few of the items come handy. This is wide pan as I mentioned above, and you can make food for 3-5 people. One thing I learned over the years is that small pans and pots are good for restaurants were chefs make a dish per order. If you make food for a family small pots and pans are not used as much. Hence this is good item for making food for more than one dish. ... show more

I have a 20 year old all clad set that cost a zillion dollars and will last forever. I needed to replace a favorite pan (not all clad) so I ordered this one. Heavy weight and well made. Super slippery surface. This is now my favorite pan and I baby it. Very happy.
