The pan materials and quality are great – have not encountered any issues with cooking at all. They work great on an induction stove, and I haven't encountered any warping. However, the handles are really uncomfortable, to the point that I'd believe you if you said they were manufactured incorrectly. Hand-washing the larger pan is especially annoying because the weird handle shape makes it hard to hold the entire weight of the pan comfortably. ... show more

I wasn’t sure how these would be because they were pretty inexpensive. So far, we love them. We use a tiny ( <1tsp) but of olive oil and eggs slip right out. I see people complaining about the handle. No problem for us at all.

Used this for the first time this morning to make eggs in one and cowboy potatoes in the other. I got great browning on my potatoes with minimal olive oil and heat disbursement was good making for even browning across the pan. In the smaller pan I did 4 eggs over medium. They did not stick on most of the pan with a very small dab of butter run over the pan. They did end up sticking slightly on one side (perhaps the butter was absent in that spot?). They came out of the pan nicely otherwise and cleanup on both pans was a breeze. Very happy to have replaced my old non-stick pans that were now super-stick pans. :) ... show more

I bought my All-Clad 8 & 10" skillets October, 2018 over 4 years ago. I use the 8" daily, quick hand wash & dry, and keep it on the stove for the next yummy dish. It has excellent heat distribution and they still look and cook like brand new. Great price for an amazing nonstick skillet set.

I've been using there pans daily for teo years. The non-stick is still in perfect condition, the pans are still shining like new. Food slides right out like the first day. Good, quality pan with a nice, heavy bottom makes for good heat distribution. I will buy again if and when mine wear out.
