Years ago you could get somewhat hot adhesive heating pads, but I think lawsuits from people using oxicodone who were unable to tell when they got too hot ened that. This product provides a nice low warmth for a very long time.

The price is great & they stick well but they stay warm (not hot) for maybe 2 hours. It's worth it to me to pay more for the name brand or even hand warmers/medical tape.

I fell and broke my nose in 3 places, also bruising both knees and right shoulder. I had a couple on hand that I purchased at drug store but since I couldn't drive, I tried these. BIG MISTAKE, THEY DONT STAY ON EITHER.
