  • I wish I would’ve ordered sooner!
Color: Grey Pattern Name: Rabbit hutch #07
I wish I would’ve ordered sooner! It was very easy to put together. My 7 year old and I assembled it together. I wouldn’t suggest using this hutch as an outdoor hutch but it will work just fine indoors. There were minor imperfections but overall it is fine. Some of the holes for the screws were a little off but I was still able to assemble without the wood splitting. My favorite thing about this hutch is the tray that pulls out at the bottom. This feature makes cleaning a BREEZE. I have artificial grass mats in the pen area. I also put a small blanket inside of the house area. If you decide to go that route I would suggest putting training pads underneath to eliminate urine from getting on the wood. This hutch comes with a hay feeder that can be screwed to the wall in the house area. I feel like that is a plus also. I haven’t noticed the rabbits chewing on the cage, but I have added chew toys inside of the hutch to avoid boredom. It does come with wheels for easy movement. However, I chose not to add them to the hutch. I have young children and I didn’t want them giving the rabbits a roller coaster ride by pushing the cage around in their room lol. I believe this hutch will be a durable option for indoors. It is on the smaller size but it works for us because it is kept in my children’s room. I ordered 2 of them for each bunny. I wouldn’t recommend putting more than one bunny in each hutch. It seem pretty safe. I haven’t noticed any loose pieces or unsteady pieces. Overall I would say that it is an affordable option. ... show more

  • "Wonderful, well made cage" "Wonderful, well made cage"
Color: Grey Pattern Name: Rabbit hutch #07
I researched at least 50 different hutches and am so glad I chose this one. My main attraction beside the price was that it had a grate over the pull out trays. Rabbits are very clean animals and should not have to walk on their feces so that prevents that. My bunny is box trained but stuff gets thrown everywhere regardless. The other reviews were mostly positive and as far as the negative ones, I think some people are always going to find something to complain about. My step-father put it together for me while I was at work and he said it was actually the first thing he has enjoyed putting together in years because it was so easy. The instructions were perfectly laid out, no missing parts and everything lined up perfect. This man can do anything or build anything so if he was impressed, then that is worth a million. It is heavy and very sturdy. It is also ADORABLE! As you can see in the pics, you can access it at every angle. This is helpful when trying to catch a new bunny as well as cleaning it in every little spot. I am getting a new bunny in a few days so the only thing that has been in it is my 5lb Yorkie...lol. I don't like to keep my bunnies cages so they get to run around half of the house but their cage is their safe haven and being predators they love an enclosed area to be in at times. My other bunny likes to get under chairs to rest...I suppose that would keep an owl or hawk from swooping down and carrying him off. The closed in area with the hay rack is perfect. I currently have a 3lb bunny and the new one won't be as large and they would both fit easily but there again I don't believe in keeping them that confined. Bunny's love to jump, do zoomies and bink around so that would be hard to do with 2 in the cage. It is just as the description says. The wood is sturdy and there wasn't any splintered or chipped wood. I really can't say enough good things about this enclosure. And like some other sellers, I was not offered any special offer for giving a good review. This is all true! ... show more

  • Crappy Quality... Don’t Buy It! Crappy Quality... Don’t Buy It!
Color: Grey Pattern Name: Rabbit hutch #07
***Update as of 11/29/20. Don’t even bother buying this product. On top of the issues I listed below… after a few months of use I am very unhappy with the bunny hutch that I ordered from you. I got a small partial refund for it before because it was hard to get together and the parts broke during assembly. If you buy this you HAVE to treat/waterproof the wood before assembl. If you don’t you can’t wash the hutch out with soap and water without ruining the wood. You also can’t clean it with any kind of chemical cleaner either. Honestly had I known about the quality of the product was I would have NEVER have purchased it. I’m telling everyone on here and everyone I know to not purchase your product. I am very unhappy with the bad quality of it and have to get another one to replace it. READ BEFORE YOU BUY! Poor quality hardware and wood. Not worth what you pay for it. What I like: It’s cute looking little rabbit hutch. Has the floor grate and removable tray, has little wheels so you can move it around, it is very close to the ground. What I don’t like: WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for what it is. The quality of wood it’s made out of is bad. When putting it together with the screws that they included they were too big and split the wood. The hinges on it are not the right size or type of hinge for the roof of the little house adding pressure to the screws that split the wood. You can only open the roof of the little house up about 5 inches before the wood splits because of the screws and hinges. This is not an easy to assemble. You really need to glue it together with wood glue. Or better yet just buy a better quality rabbit hutch. This is NOT for a large rabbit, better for a smaller dwarf size bunny. Also if you use any type of sanitizer to clean the surface of it (as you should) it takes the wood stain right off. Unfortunately when we put it together we had a lot of issues with the wood being bad quality. I can’t return it because we desperately needed it for the rabbit and because of Covid Quarantine we cant go out and get a rabbit hutch locally or easily return the one we got from Thai company here on Amazon so we’re stuck with this bad quality broken one. Don’t waste your money on this one. Overall I’m VERY unhappy with it. ... show more

  • Very nice Very nice
Color: Grey Pattern Name: Rabbit hutch #01-B
Very nice. It was easy to put together by myself, about 30min. I would have given it a 5star but the corner was cracked on one edge but I still put it together and used it. I also wish the wire rack was a little more sturdy. But overall it is a nice hutch.

  • Flimsy
Color: Grey Pattern Name: Rabbit hutch #07
While easy to put together and nice looking, this cage is not at all sturdy. The wire in the bottom is not attached in any way and holds so little weight I had to reinforce it near the hutch. The lightweight lumber portion of the cage and the hutch is easily chewed through and after only a few hours of having a rabbit in the enclosure, there were claw marks on the floor of the hutch in the paint. The tray is not deep and must be emptied at least once every other day or it will get stuck with Timothy hay and be hard to pull out. There is not enough room between the wooden slats in the hutch for poop to fall through, only urine, so it must be swept of hay and debris often. With the paint already mostly gone from the floor of the hutch after the first week, I do not expect the wood to hold up to urine for long before smell and sanitation become an issue. The ramp works well for getting in and out of the cage and the wheels lock securely enough for it to be safe if your rabbit is trained to go back in the cage for potty but half the enclosure is not suited to that usage and the other side (the wire side) is rickety and I think it scares my rabbit still. The roof loses bits of shingle particles as well. Ultimately, it's a nice looking but not very practical cage for short term use while potty training a rabbit. The only reason this got three stars and not less is because there really isn't much better out there. Rabbit cages don't come much bigger without dangerous ramps and multiple layers and don't come much sturdier without it being solid wire flooring which is bad for their feet. If your rabbit toilet trains quickly and doesn't spend much time in the cage this one will work. I wouldn't suggest using it for a rabbit over 4lbs. It's just too fragile and small. ... show more

  • Great product
Color: Grey Pattern Name: Rabbit hutch #07
Love it! It is a bit smaller than I was thinking but it isn’t an issue since I only have one bunny and she is out of her cage during the day. So this is just for her to go potty in, eat and sleep in! I have a Holland lop bunny and there’s no way I would put more than one rabbit in the cage though. The cage looks adorable and functions well! I love all the doors that open to make it easy to clean and get stuff in or remove things! Also love the fold down ramp that makes it easy for my bun buns to come out! My only complaint was that the wire piece that goes on the bottom of the cage was all bent/warped. My husband had to bend it back so it would lay flat and the bunny wouldn’t trip or get poked. Not sure how it got bent during shipping being that the pieces were all flat and the wire bottom was in the middle in hard foam. Regardless, it was an easy fix and I’m very happy with the cage! ... show more

  • there's better options
Color: Grey Pattern Name: Rabbit hutch #01-B
I originally bought this for my 2 rabbits at the time to keep indoors at night and leave them outside during the day, but man it was such a hassle to have to clean up. Don't get me wrong, the hutch is cute, wooden, compact and the top is nice to easily open up HOWEVER the texture of the top freaking sucks!!! I would lift it up to get the boys out and the little pieces of rock bits would fall out and get EVERYWHERE I was so frustrated.... also let's not mention the fact that the boys would pee in the corner of the hutch and it would fall down the leg of the building and all over the floor making me need to put puppy training pads on each leg, completely defeating the purpose of the waste basket tray section. also because the structure is wood it was such a pain in the a** to clean!!!! and you know how when you hose down wooden items it takes FOREVER to dry... yeah. I also don't really understand the purpose of having 2 doors in the front if the whole top lifts up but whatever ... show more
