  • Bunny Condo is a Winner!
Instructions to build were iffie. This requires 2 people to assemble. Seemed a little flimsy but once it was together, it surprised us with the durability. This is meant to be an indoor hutch. I don't think I'd want it outside except during the summer. All the screws were separated and in labeled bags and it was pretty easy to figure out between the two of us. We have a large rabbit. It's a perfect fit for him. Cleaning is a breeze! This hutch was well thought out, I have to tell you. Hubby and I think this was a terrific purchase (it was reasonably priced too)! You can clean one section at a time by closing off the partiction with bunny in the other undisturbed. The bin on the top allows for plenty of timothy to munch on during the day. Even for our large guy it's pretty roomey. He loves his new Condo! So do we! ... show more

  • Bunny townhouse
I give this cage/house about a 3.5 rating. I didn’t encounter some of the issues that others had with construction flaws or damage, but some stated this is made for indoor use and not for outside (unless under the elements) and I agree. The wood is of a low quality, light and delicate which I guess is okay for a rabbit cage, I just can’t see this holding up to the test of time, especially if you’re planning to leave it exposed to the outdoors. It appears they put on one coat of paint, more like primer to me and that’s it. Again, not a showstopper, but they could improve on durability of their product. Still, the cage itself does have a good aesthetic and design and makes a good fit with other pieces of furniture if you’re keeping it indoors. For the rabbit, the two story townhouse is awesome, lots of room inside. I’m torn on recommending it because I do like it overall, but with the low grade components knocks it down a few notches. I guess it really depends on where you will be planning to put this cage. Indoors, yes. Outdoors, not so much. ... show more

  • Guinea pigs love it
Instructions were easy to follow, it’s a nice place for the guinea pigs to live. We have two of them and one chooses to go upstairs and the other one stays downstairs. There’s a tray for the upstairs and a tray for the downstairs, we don’t choose to pull those out. Guinea pigs tend to pee a lot so we have mats down that we pull out and clean. I used a vinyl tape to cover the area between the tray and the wall so the pee did not go down between that area. That’s the only issue I have. ... show more

  • Laughable poor assembly instructions
If you're in the mood to solve a puzzle with incomplete information, then this is the hutch for you! There are multiple errors in the instruction manual, where the pictures don't match the parts given, so you'll really have to turn on your inference skills. I'm pretty sure the instructions were made by a lazy middle-schooler. The instructions claim that wood is labeled with letters, but nope. You need your guess with pictures with incorrect proportions. Pro tip: read the full instructions to see the contradictions in order to figure out how it really comes together. The wood is cheap and flimsy, but that also makes it light and portable. Not a long term solution, but price to value, meh, it is passable. Aesthetically appealing. Strong wood oder. Not recommended for indoors. Needs to be outside or in a garage. ... show more

  • High quality cage
I used this cage to separate my two Guinea pigs and it works perfectly. The quality is really good especially for the price point. They love chewing the cage itself since it is wood, and it is really easy to take them in and out of the cage

  • WORTHLESS instructions, DAMAGED and WRONG parts upon arrival…still able to install
The media could not be loaded. Instructions suck, and they put the wrong board in the packaging. For Part E in the instructions (see photos), there is a small skinny piece of wood attached to it that I am pointing to. And it is not shown to have that in the instructions. When installed, the ramp actually doesn’t touch the ground like it is supposed to because of Part E being the wrong part. Still works fine for the bunnies, mainly just wanted to show the laziness and poor quality this company has. In my other pictures, you can see a few pieces have scratch marks, scuffs and minor damage straight out of the package which tells me this company does not care about its product. The drill video was meant to show there were no drill holes pre installed to install the back of the cage to the rest of the parts. Definitely worried the cage would split but it did not. Does it work for my 2 bunnies? Yes. Just cheaply made. I was able to transport fully installed in my truck and the thing stayed intact which surprised me. No bunnies were of course transported in the back of the truck in the cage. The bunnies do approve and have definitely been testing the pee trays with their “bathroom habits”. No leaks so far. I would have returned this product if I did not need it immediately. ... show more

  • A new home for my rabbit!
Absolutely love this! My only complaint about it is mostly towards Amazon and not to the seller which is that they seemed to delivered it not so carefully and even broken the packaging inside the box making scratches and dents, doesn’t bother me too much I just worry if it works but for those that worry about scratches and dents, just note that it is not the seller but Amazon causing it. It was so easy to assemble, the instructions was confusing as first but once I took a look closely that’s when I started getting what the instructions was telling me. Amazing product! Would recommend! Even my rabbit loves it! ... show more

  • Indoor hutch only
Overall, I really like this hutch. The assembly was pretty easy, my boyfriend was able to do it with minimal help. Some of the wood is a bit flimsy and with that being said I would not advise this to be an outdoor hutch. I was nervous at first that it wouldn’t fit my bunny but it is a very good size. He likes to go up and down the stairs and does it with ease. I really like the upstairs and the option for the bunny to have a completely closed off area for privacy. I did a lot of research trying to find a suitable hutch and I’m really happy I chose this one. ... show more
