After years of owning various robot vacuums from iRobot’s Roomba and EUFY, my family decided to try this self-emptying, mopping robot vacuum and we couldn’t be happier! The packaging and build quality were impressive, matching or exceeding previous models we’ve used. Set-up was straightforward, and the robot quickly and efficiently mapped our home, with cleaning patterns that are thorough and logical. It’s smart enough to revisit areas blocked by pets or people, ensuring a complete clean. The app integration is fantastic, making it easy to segment rooms or mark problem areas like long curtains and messy cables. The mopping feature is a great addition; although it doesn’t replace a full deep clean, it certainly helps maintain a noticeably cleaner floor. We run the mop function once or twice a week and plan to do only occasional manual scrubbing, but since switching to this robot, we’ve needed our stick vacuum far less often. This 2‑in‑1 Robot Vacuum & Mop is a great buy with impressive suction. Setup was instant using the included quick guide, and the app is very intuitive that made the setup a breeze. The vacuum accurately mapped my living area and I can edit the floor map to my liking. The apps allows for custom schedules for different cleaning zones. This was handy for me as I have a high traffic area that needs frequent cleaning. The vacuum cleans thoroughly over hard wood floor,carpet and rugs , and the mop is perfect for maintenance in our kitchen. Cleaning the trash bin is very easy and it can hold decent amount of trash avoiding the frequent cleaning of the trash collector.Highly recommended, especially given the extra accessories included and the price point. This robot vacuum has exceeded my expectations already. It came packaged really well and basically put together, I just added a brush and the mopping pad. I downloaded the app and it connected to my WiFi quickly without any problems. I added some water and found a home for the base and then let it run its first cycle to map out main floor. I was highly impressed with the mapping and it was cool to watch the map create on the app. It mapped around our living room furniture, kitchen island and dining room table with 8 chairs and only got hung up one time on our coffee table. I followed the robot around thinking it would get stuck multiple times or lost going too far away from its base but it never had any problems. After about an hour it was full and made an announcement that it was heading to base to empty and charge. I was highly impressed that it made it directly back to the base. Some of my favorite features are: it’s ability to vacuum and mop at the same time, dock on the charge and empty into a bagless base, the way it transitions from hardwood to carpet and its mapping ability. ... show more

We are very impressed with our new Airzeen Robot Vacuum. This is our second Airzeen Robot Vacuum. We purchased an R7 Robot Vacuum in 2024 and we still have it run every day. We have a sunken living room so we were looking to purchase a second robot vacuum this year so that we did not have to keep moving the R7 between levels. This year we purchased the Airzeen Q20 Ultra. This Robot Vacuum is a significant upgrade in capability and performance! The first time you run it, it maps out your entire floor. Then it divides the map into rooms that you can rename using the app on your phone. Once that is done you can even map out virtual walls and no-go areas. Very cool! This vacuum is smart and knows where it is at. The older R7 simply ran around the room randomly. The Q20 Ultra uses the mapping to ensure it cleans the entire floor plan. It can be set to vacuum or mop, or both. When it finishes, it docks up and then the docking station collects all of the dirt and recharges the robot. The box opens up to a Quick Start Guide. This gets it connected to your WiFi and to the App on your phone quickly. No assembly required other than removing packaging material. Shipping was very quick. I received mine within 3 days. I included a few pictures. One shows the older black R7 in the background and the quick start guide when opening the box. The white vacuum is the new Q20 Ultra. There is a picture of my floor map. The upper right room is my sunken living room. We will run the older R7 in that room. The next map shows what it looks like after completing the cleaning. The white lines are drawn as the vacuum runs, showing the path it has covered. We are very impressed with the Q20 Ultra and believe it is a quality unit that will serve for a long time. ... show more

My previous vacuum stopped working and wanted to try one that vacuumed and mopped. After the vacuum mapped my floor plan. I set it off and you can see by the attached picture, it covered every area of my house. It hugged the walls to clean along all the baseboards. You could tell when it was vacuuming on a rug. It would cycle up and be more powerful. I love how it empties into the canister as soon as it docks for charging. Charges very quickly.
