Easy to assemble. Works well

Look, I am not one to give out one stars willy nilly, but I can’t recommend this at all. It is easy enough to put together, and does save space, but after tightening everything, double checking, then using it for a few weeks, suddenly the legs are popping off. As in the screw popped out and I dropped one foot to the floor. Thankfully, I was not hurt in any way. It is not as if it is high off the ground, but if you’re really going at it, it can jar you. I screwed it in thinking it was my mistake, tightened it, then watched it as it slowly came out again! I fixed it again, and then noticed the other side starting to do it so I caught a picture of it. I don’t know if I will keep using it, I will probably set it aside. I don’t want to injure myself. And yes, I am within the weight limit and using it appropriately. It is as if the movement is slowly unscrewing the legs. I don’t know if it is fixable. Maybe you won’t have the same problem as me, but this is my situation and I am sad because this cost me over $100.

I bought this because I have a hip tear that no one wants to fix which has progressed to additional problems with my back as was expected. I can't sit on a stationary bike anymore and I am so bored with walking. This is really good when I am in pain and need to move to feel better. Zero impact on the joints or pressure on the spine. You basically swing your legs like skiing and if you want to make it more difficult you can squat down a bit and lean forward or backward. I didn't buy the Gizelle because this one allows you to move the abductor muscles essential for my rehab. The arms do not swing which is better for people with stability issues. This is a step down from the Max 360 which unfortunately is not available in the USA anymore. It has no optional swing arms and no resistance band attachment. I am happy with it for what I need it for but it is scratched up so I think I got a used one. I bought it for a very good sale price so I am going to put bike wrap and stickers on the blemishes since it is in my living room for all to see. I am happy with the length of the swing. Elliptical machines are too small in stride for me so you can't vary your movements and hit the glutes well. You will need a good space if you want to swing your legs wide but the footprint itself is nice and small. If the max 360 is ever available again I am going to upgrade so I have the option to add resistance but for now this works as a good warm up so I can tolerate the additional resistance rehab I also have to do.

Is exactly what it says it is! Works great! I recommend this to anyone looking to keep active when walking out doors in not an option. Also its so easy to move around the house, fold and store makes it much easier to stay on track

Not what I expected. I think that I am too short for this equipment. The bolt ha holds he frame together keep hitting my inner knee. The monitor lights up but doesn't advance.
