10/21/23: bought in May of this year and 5 months later it died. Just stopped working. No apparent reason. I like the controls on this unit, I like how this cooks, although you must watch it in the beginning because if you are used to another air fryer, it does cook differently (probably due to the smaller size). I am just not thrilled with the size of this unit. Very small. You cannot cook an entire meal in this like I could my last one so that was disappointing. I wish I'd realized that before I bought it. It did look larger online but you never know until you actually receive it. Otherwise, it cooks well, the controls are nice and it is easy to clean. UPDATE: Oct 2023, this was replaced by Mfgr. Here we are, Nov 2024 and this has just died again! No more of this brand! EVER! ... show more

This Air Fryer is consistent with its Temps. I gave it 5stars because it will do anything I ask of it consistently... Just be aware it pulls more power than other kitchen appliances and if you have weak breakers will trip them. It was the only thing on one circuit and that circuit couldn't hold it. But I just moved it to the other side of the room. ... show more

More like a child's toy, for its diminutive size, than a real unit. Reminds me of an 'E-Z Bake oven". Don't buy one of these, the "12 qt" size rating is an absolute LIE; it may be 20 quart in overall size, but the inside certainly is not, be lucky to fit a 1-gallon milk jug inside it. Not even worth the waste of carbon to return it, better off to haul it in with the salvage scrap steel. No wonder it was marked down nearly 90%. For a 1- or 2-person use, it's something like serviceable but for family-sized meals, this will probably just make someone mad. [UPDATE] An alternative perspective may be that this is good for use in small spaces; although I don't see a (12 qt.) three-gallon sized volume inside, the size seems over-embellished. My kitchen is a small galley style which means I have virtually no countertop space. To compensate I make use of a sideboard-style unit; it fits well on the end, the sideview gives some scale to the unit alongside the toaster oven. I know my dorm room didn't have anything for a kitchenette, this could work there also. Still not worth the original retail price, but the sale price eased the burn some. [UPDATE #2] I've used this enough now, so I can temper my expectations some. 1st notice is how little heat it radiates into the room, which means it is using the BTUs with some higher efficiency, which is less overall energy wasted. All the functions are pretty easy to learn and use, just took me a few minutes goofing around to get it. Prior to this my firsthand air fryer experience was a big fat Z.E.R.O., so I have no frame of reference juxtaposed to others; what I've seen advertised, same as everyone else in the U.S., is the frame of reference I do have - and this is smaller than the double-door ones. Absolutely no way a whole bird - of decent size - is going to fit inside; no turkey, no duck, and no large chickens either - I'd say an 8 lb. bird is probably the max. I'm single and rarely cook for more than myself so in that context, this unit is as good as any other. ... show more

This guy does everything. Perfect for a bachelor or couple utilizing it for meal prep for the week, but I could see it being good for big family dinners as well. Besides my microwave this is pretty much the only kitchen appliance I use regularly.

    • Great While It Lasted!
I loved this air fryer while it lasted. Unfortunately, I should have listened to some of the other reviews that mentioned similar sentiments regarding longevity. I just hit the 18-month mark with this product and it's officially dead. About a month ago, the sensor/switch that automatically pauses cooking when the door opens died, which wasn't the biggest deal; I figured when I had the time, I'd take it apart and fix/replace that part. Before I even had the chance to do that, it totally died and no longer turns on at all. Really unfortunate as this thing was great while it lasted; I used it every day for everything from making toast to roasting vegetables to air frying meats to reheating pizza. If this had better quality and longevity, I'd buy another, but unfortunately I just don't have the confidence to do that and will instead by purchasing a more reputable brand such as Ninja, Instant Pot, or Cuisinart. ... show more

I was living in a tiny rented house. Very little kitchen space. This is a great appliance! I was able to do anything I needed to in this time appliance. Very easy to use. Gets very hot so be careful it is an oven!
