Even while the screen is off, if it is plugged in, it will heat up. The ONLY way to cool it down is to unplug it. I started preheating and smelled something funny. I thought it might just be manufacturing residue burning off. I left it for a few minutes and I smelled burning plastic. The plastic on the front of the tray was melting and a screw had fallen loose in the basket! Upon closer inspection, it had melted out of wherever it came from! The instructions are terrible and misspelled, and reference items not included so I think it’s for a different product. I am returning it immediately. Buyers beware! Update about a week or two later: The customer service team is really dedicated to make things right. They claimed a manufacturer defect and offered me a no cost replacement even after refunding my purchase. They were very kind but I declined as I am no longer in need of the product. ... show more

The air fryer has been remarkably but today 4/20/2024 it stopped working while doing French fries for the grandkids. I thought the outlet may have went out that it was plugged in but it’s the air fryer. Who do I talk to about a replacement?

I love this air fryer. It's a big basket and looks way cook when you watch something cook I the little window. Once you learn the menu it's pretty easy. I've had it for a while and it's worked well for me. We have definitely put it to use on those nights we didn't want to cook.
