I have ordered a second one, I'll be wearing a support brace for some time and this is by far the most comfortable one I've tried and I'll be sticking with it. My only issue now is the steel flat bars are cutting through the fabric. That fabric should definitely be thicker, or reinforced in some way. I will have to fix it myself at some point. I wear it this for at least 12 hours a day, in complete comfort. **Three work days later and I'm so in love. It is so nice to be comfortable from the time I put it on early in the morning and remove it more than 12 hours later. This brace is a huge relief for me, I have no idea how long my abdominal wall will take to completely heal. Finding *This Brace*, I'm feeling blessed.** Absolutely FIVE STARS! But size up! I had a major abdominal surgery last November and I still cannot go without support. This is my 4th brace and the first one that I was completely comfortable in ALL DAY. I drive for medical transportation and sitting and driving all day, the other brace styles just were not comfortable for that long. This brace stays in place, it does not bend or fold thus cut into my sides, it sets over my ribs so it's not bunched under (no bunching at all) my ribs causing pain. It does, however, have a very stiff stretch So I had to return a large, my usual size, and get a XL. It is perfect. I cannot express enough how much more comfortable this brace is compared to the other three that failed me.

I purchased in early April 2025 and am writing this 3.5 months after. Until now, I was very pleased with this item. I had chosen this particular back brace because it would cover more of my back than others. I wear it to sleep, though not every night, just a few times a week. It has been comfortable and helpful. Unfortunately, some stitching has unraveled on the very important part that tightens the fit. Being that it's a high-stress area on the brace, I don't feel comfortable trying to stitch it by hand, nor should I have to so soon after purchasing. As you can tell, I'm no longer very pleased about this purchase. No post-sale customer support from the company shows on Amazon for this item.

Absolutely wonderful I’ve bought several of these from you and they don’t last too long cause I wear them a lot, but this is the best with coverage . Unfortunately sizing is absolutely incorrect go one size up You must buy one , but it is a great full coverage back brace.

I tried several back braces before I found this one and it is so much better because it is taller than all of the other ones at 12 1/2 inches and I needed the extra height. I would definitely purchase again. I just wish they had different colors available.

I’ve barely worn this one and the seams have all popped and the support bars are all gone. It curls itself up on your waist and hurts. Good if it lasted but less than 30 days of wearing it and it’s trash.
