I'm not the most technologically skilled person and I've only had this for a couple of days, but I'm really happy with it. I plugged it right into my Xbox One, and it was ready to be formatted. I was impressed to have 1.8 TB of space available, reading things elsewhere led me to believe I'd have less space. I fit my most important games on the drive and still have plenty of space. It no longer takes obscene amounts of time for updates. Even small updates had become a time consuming issue with an external hard drive I purchased elsewhere. I feel more secure with this. I did not have to contact their tech support. The hard drive comes very well packaged. The cord may be a little short for some but it was fine for me. If my opinion changes, I will change the review but for now I am happier than I thought I'd be. ... show more
