Like anything else, I imagine it takes time and experimentation to get your preferred technique down. Don't be deterred if these don't work for others, no harm in giving them a try for your style. :) Personally? I love 'em! I favor the smallest to second-smallest sizes in tandem with tinier locks to maximize volume and tighter curls alike. Easy to manipulate, patience needed to avoid breakage which is where practice probably comes in. If you have thick hair like me, I strongly suggest trying these when your hair is lightly damp. If it's really damp or even wet, it'll take many hours for your thick hair to dry in these. Uncomfortable for most of us to sleep in like any rollers, but doable for some with an especially soft pillow. I prefer to dry this style with a bonnet hair-dryer attachment. The results are so lovely, and with the right product mine last 2 days, since I rock naturally-straight hair. Between product prior and careful styling for maximum coverage and later volume, I want to say these take me 2 hours to roll up, but less so with more practice, finer hair, or less coverage. :)

Awesome bendy rods for amazing hairstyles. They are super durable yet spongy soft and cushiony if there is such a word. These bendy rods come in a cute little box and are in assorted sizes and shapes. Excellent quality and price for so many. Great idea for your family member getting ready for moving up day or ceremonies at the end of a school year. They will love their look and feel sooo happy 🌸🦋🌸
