works amazing and super convenient, i love it! very easy to use and makes it super quick to straighten my hair. for context, my hair is decently thick/curly and i’ve been growing it out for a couple years so it’s pretty long, and i usually hate blowing it out myself bc my arms get too tired since it takes so long. this makes it so much faster i’ve been able to do it more frequently and it looks great!

So easy, effortless, and no more flat iron!
My hairstylist recommended this product! I have thick hair on the sides and the back and it’s thinning on the top I have to have my gray roots died every six weeks and I have frizzy curly hair. I have been using a flat iron for years and when she told me about this it was a game changer! I have not had to use a flat iron at all and this is extremely easy to use for my type of hair that’s very layered and just past my shoulders! I wish I would’ve known about this a long time ago! It dries fast, forget about spending money on the higher end ones because this works just as good and my hair comes out amazing every time! I will buy this again and again! I used to blow dry my hair and then it would still be frizzy and then I would have to use a flat iron! With this it is one and done! Love!

Hello, I’d like to start out by saying i had the reckon brush before this one for 4 years with no issues. I’d decide to get this one because mines was old and this model is MUCH lighter in weight for person with long or thick hair we all know how the arm cramp we get from blow drying our hair but no so light it doesn’t bother. Also dries my hair in half the time what would take me 1+. Hour was now 30-40 mins for reference my hair surpasses my lower back. Has a nice sleek black and pink design that’s very cute and i love i!

Great time-saver for everyday styling, but not perfect
I’ve been using the Revlon One-Step Volumizer as my main hair styling tool for almost a year now, and overall it’s been a really convenient addition to my routine. I originally bought it to save time by combining drying and styling, and it definitely delivers on that. I typically use it on towel-dried hair, and it dries my hair much faster than using a regular blow dryer and round brush separately. I like that it’s easy to use and straightens my curly hair in just a few swipes. That said, there are a few downsides. The brush can get quite hot, so I wouldn’t recommend holding it in one spot for too long. It’s also a bit bulky, which can make it harder to use on shorter layers or around the back of the head. Over time, I’ve noticed it can be drying, if you use it frequently like me (almost every day since I live in warmer weather), so using a heat protectant is important. I've also noticed some of the bristles have started to fall off, but as I said, I use it almost every day, so for the price, it has been well worth it. Overall, this is a great tool for someone who wants a quick, polished look without spending a lot of time styling. If you have very fine or heat-sensitive hair, you may want to be cautious, but for everyday use, it does a solid job.

Performs Well Above Its Pay-Grade
This is easily one of the top two hair tools I’ve ever owned, and I have spent considerably more money trying to achieve considerably less. It gives me a genuinely salon-quality round-brush blowout with one hand—smooth, bouncy, polished hair to the point that women at work ask how mine possibly looks like this when the humidity has everyone else reconsidering their life choices. One important thing: understand the assignment. This is not what I use to take soaking-wet hair from shower to finished. I let my hair dry most of the way first, then use this to smooth, shape and add volume. Used that way, it’s fantastic. Mine is now two years old and has been used so relentlessly that the little brush prongs have finally begun admitting defeat one by one. So apparently I’m going to have to endure the financial hardship of spending another $20 after two years. I’ll recover financially. 😂

Fries your hair
I so wanted to love this as I have a Shark Air Styler that is pretty heavy for me to use longer than a few minutes. I have damaged vertebrae in my neck and upper back/shoulders so my arms hurt or go numb if I hold my arms up for too long. This dryer is very lightweight and super easy to use. The bristle quality isn’t great and aren’t long enough so my hair falls out easily when styling. What doesn’t fall out gets very damaged even with consistent heat protectant. It started smoking every time I use it so I have to run my exhaust fan. I clean the hair out of the bristles and remove lint from the vent regularly so it’s not that. I’ve owned one of these before and loved it, no damage and no bad hair days. Seems like a redesign and I hope they go back to the original.

Surprisingly great for the price
I’ve struggled with straightening my wavy hair for years. It always comes out too flat or not straight enough. On a whim, I bought this brush dryer. Day one, first use, I was able to do in ten minutes the best I have ever done blowing out my own hair—straight but with that little swoop at the bottom that I’ve never been able to achieve otherwise. So glad I bought this!
