But it! The Bluetooth feature has leveled up and was so easy to use once I got the timing where it needed to be. The larger round brush really makes my hair look like I had a blowout and it DOES dry my hair faster. My hair looks full, and it’s soft and the style lasts all day for me.

I have put off buying this due to the price for ages but finally caved on my birthday. So glad I did this is an amazing styler and I have tried the runner-ups and it’s just that much better -as much as it pains me to say! Very slick, sexy styler- cuts down my time for styling dramatically and the curls last all week on my stick straight, thick hair. Nothing compares to Dyson. I tried ones from $100 (conair) to $300+ shark. Nothing left my hair softer better defined and was easier to use than this. The heat settings are great you can go super hot or low heat to cold whereas some others I tried you have only hot or super hot and cold. This version is also easier to use now because it literally changes the heat and airflow for each curl on its own which makes it so much faster. The round brush is soft and your hair won’t catch on it or get pulled out I’ve found some of the other ones have plastic on their brushes making them pull my hair out. Honestly I really wanted to find a dupe I didn’t want to fork up this amount of cash, but if you have the money get it and if you don’t then save up for it you won’t regret it. ... show more

Basically, all the positive reviews you’ve read are true. It dries my hair super quickly, straightens perfectly, makes beautiful and quick waves, but I still need to find a mousse that would help the curls to live longer. I have super fine and thin damaged by perm and then chemical straightening hair. I bought this styler to make my hair look more or less presentable and not to damage it more. So many feelings….is this crazy expensive? Absolutely. Listen I debated for months too! I bought it and I can’t tell you enough….there is a reason for the price $$$ this item is excellent!!! For a pricey hair dryer, you would think that the quality would be good, but NAHHH it stopped working on us the 4th day, tbh I had a hair dryer that worked for 20years and no problems until a week ago but for 699$ is should last at least 5-10 years, I wouldn’t buy this

It's ok. I've been watching videos and planning for this for a while. There's plenty of that so I'll say my complaint is it doesn't always grab the hair. It seems to mostly work on one direction? As in turning the dial on one direction works better than turning it the other direction, and that was right out of the box. Trying to adjust the setting and will try troubleshooting with support. Maybe the dial is stuck, maybe I got a bad one. Also, the hair does not end up smooth as it does in their promotional videos. That's completely fabricated, but I guess you can't show a frizzy hair model after using the most expensive hair dryer on the market. It's also very hot. It's so hot even on medium heat I've burned myself several times. I was not expecting that. So it's very hot but takes a while to get the same results with a cheap hair dryer. The design is light which is good because the box was heavy idk where all that weight was, it's not great value but it is what it is. The quality is low i suppose because mine doesn't seem to work out of the box and the app that goes with it is pretty crap. Forgot about that, it's a budget app. They should have integrated the tutorial videos with the Bluetooth, it would have made more sense I'm not sure why they didn't do that - I work in software. The speed isn't any faster. It's not easy to use, I think you need to already know how to blue out hair before you invest in this. There's technique that goes along with doing hair. People spend decades on their education it can't be replaced with a tool. ... show more
