This is a great set! I tried some of the other similar, less expensive sets, but was not impressed. I thought maybe the auto-wrap curlers were not for me, as I have plenty of long, thick hair, but when I received the Shark and tried them, the worked great! They do not work on dry hair, so your hair needs to be fairly damp for the air to wrap the hair around it. The diffuser has an adjustable head to make it's teeth longer or shorter, which is nice. The round brush adds volume without pulling my hair our, which many of the others didn't work well. Other styling options as well and all comes in a very nice hard case. I decided that this was well worth the price, and I don't say that easily.

This is a really nice hairdryer. It ought to be when you can get a Goody for 1/10 the price. The features and attachments are so nice. My wife uses the very solid diffuser every day. Haven't had a hitch. It's a little louder than some smaller turbine devices, but it pushes air and heat with no problem. It's lightweight and consistent heat. I'll update as the years get on. I would expect a device like this to last year and so far it's been fine.

I have to say, this is one impressive hair dryer and set of compatible attachments for various styling needs. I found the dryer itself not to be too heavy to use and it pushes a truly amazing amount of air for something this size, much more than I expected. Hair drying time? Minutes at the most. Way better than my old bargain-basement Conny, which will likely be relegated to the guest bathroom. The extra attachments are great, and I've already used the round brush, diffuser, and the curling wand ends, and all work well on my hair. (I didn't try the flat brush, concentrator, or anti-frizz tool yet.) I appreciate the storage case, too, which makes it easy to keep everything organized and in my opinion, there's enough room in the case if you want to store a clip or two, or maybe some scrunchies or whatever. Maybe even some small hair product supplies, like the oil I sometimes use. To be fair: This is NOT a cheap hair dryer and styling system. I got mine during a Prime sale, making it much more affordable. That said though, this is one heck of a dryer and associated gear and I expect to be using it for a long time to come. It's the classic "quality requires a higher price-point" issue, but in this case, I think it was worth it.

LOVE the color and everything about this! I timed it and it dried my hair in four minutes. Super nice and convenient that it is one hot tool, but you can do any hairstyle! I use it all the time it’s my favorite!

Love this dryer. I have naturally curly hair and it no longer takes forever to diffuse. A bit of a learning curve when it comes to curling with the curler attachments (hair must be a little wet for the curl to hold properly) but after a few uses and YouTube videos I have it figured out. Best method I’ve found for curly hair wanting that loose waves look is to straighten roots as much as possible and then mist ends damp before using curler attachments. I can even sleep on my curls and they look great the next day. Same with diffusing my natural curls - the hold is incredible!

I used it for the first time and I think the result was perfect, Look at it for yourselves. I know I need more practice but I’m very excited for it. The weight wasn’t that bad, a lil bit of noisy but nothing that you can’t handle. Ease to use, and to installed the attachments. My hair was so shiny and the attachment that is to reduce the frizz just perfect. I didn’t noticed that it break my hair so that’s good. I think it worth the money but I would keep trying the other attachments to see how it goes. My hair feels so smooth. My only concern is, that I think I need a bigger attachment to style it because my hair is too long. Other than that, for the first time of use. I loveeee it.

6 month review with DISCLAIMER When I first bought this, I was absolutely obsessed. I bought it november and for reference, it is now April 25th. It gives incredible volume. I'm never putting another iron to my hair and my hair is so much healthier and voluminous! I GOT TONS OF COMPLIMENTS It's fast but takes a little bit of practice to get used to. But once you get used to it, it's amazing and a total lifesaver. This is my only disclaimer: within the last few weeks, I noticed the quality of the tool had reduced. And the the results were not what they used to be. Then, all of a sudden it stopped working. Mid hair completely stopped.I unplugged it plugged it back in messed with it. It would turn on for a couple minutes or even a couple seconds.And then turn back off! I SAID OH HECK NO!! So today, I called shark and spoke to a very friendly representative that led me to a very important thing that everyone should know when they buy this tool. At the bottom of the tool near the on off button, there is a filter.The cover to the filter, just slides off.You can pull it down. Gently. Once you pull it down inside of there is tiny screens and a filter, YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST CLEANL THIS FILTER OUT ONCE A MONTH. The gentleman had me brush all of the residue off of the screens, gently with a small brush ( i used a clean, small eyeshadow brush and just gently wiped it off) and there was a lot of it! Then, they instructed me to wipe down the screens with an alcohol prep pad, it was BLACK!! Soo upkeep in tool is Necessary. After doing this, LET IT DRY, LIKE 30 SECONDS....my tool turned on and I could already hear that it was functioning better.
