I have to say, this is one impressive hair dryer and set of compatible attachments for various styling needs. I found the dryer itself not to be too heavy to use and it pushes a truly amazing amount of air for something this size, much more than I expected. Hair drying time? Minutes at the most. Way better than my old bargain-basement Conny, which will likely be relegated to the guest bathroom. The extra attachments are great, and I've already used the round brush, diffuser, and the curling wand ends, and all work well on my hair. (I didn't try the flat brush, concentrator, or anti-frizz tool yet.) I appreciate the storage case, too, which makes it easy to keep everything organized and in my opinion, there's enough room in the case if you want to store a clip or two, or maybe some scrunchies or whatever. Maybe even some small hair product supplies, like the oil I sometimes use. To be fair: This is NOT a cheap hair dryer and styling system. I got mine during a Prime sale, making it much more affordable. That said though, this is one heck of a dryer and associated gear and I expect to be using it for a long time to come. Love this dryer. I have naturally curly hair and it no longer takes forever to diffuse. A bit of a learning curve when it comes to curling with the curler attachments (hair must be a little wet for the curl to hold properly) but after a few uses and YouTube videos I have it figured out. Best method I’ve found for curly hair wanting that loose waves look is to straighten roots as much as possible and then mist ends damp before using curler attachments. I can even sleep on my curls and they look great the next day. Same with diffusing my natural curls - the hold is incredible! ... show more

I have thick hair and i was not sure that it would work for me but it is really powerfull and easy to use, so it works great. I was honestly surprised by how easy the process is for curling. It has lot of attachments but i only tried couple so far and they are great

I have the black cherry set. I cannot express enough how much I wish I had purchased this FlexStyle System sooner!!! Every single attachment works amazing! My hair is medium length, wavy, and thick. I can use the flat brush and completely dry my hair from towel dry to completely dry and silky straight in 10 minutes or less! I have NEVER been able to achieve the shine or straightness that I can with this tool! I also have to brag about the curling ability - usually my curls will fall out in a matter of minutes even with hair spray. Using this tool my hair maintains the body all day and without excessive hairspray. My husband, friends, co-workers, and family continuously compliment my hair. This is lighter weight than my old hair dryer and dryer with built in round brush from a well-known brand… This tool is so easy to use I don’t have the urge to pull it up and skip drying my hair which used to be a solid 20 minutes and if straightening it - even longer. I’d like to add that I even used this tool style a good friends hair for her wedding day - she loved it so much she now owns one too! ... show more

Believe the hype!!! I’ve wanted this hair drier for years but just couldn’t justify the cost. After buying and rebuying lesser quality products, I decided I wasn’t actually saving anything. So I broke down and ordered it and boy am I glad I did!! I mainly use The round brush attachment and even if that’s all I ever use, worth every penny!! It dries my hair in half the time but, and here’s the kicker, with FARRR less damage!!! I’ve had just about every hair dryer brush out there from $19.99 to over $100 and not a single one would I consider anything but really damaging, even on low heat. I don’t know how they do it but this hair dryer just doesn’t damage my hair, even if I use it on high. So stop throwing away your money on cheap alliteratives hoping to get the same results!!! In the end, you’ll save money because you won’t have to replace it every 6 months!! ... show more

I was very disappointed with this item. It is extremely loud—so loud that it actually hurts my ears to use. The round barrel and flat brush attachments blow my hair in every direction instead of wrapping it around the brush and pulling it through smoothly. The handle is also large and heavy, which makes the dryer difficult to control and uncomfortable to use. I haven't even tried the other tools it comes with, because the noise alone from this item is enough to send it back. ... show more

I was looking between this and the Dyson, the drying part of this one is much better but I wish the brush was a little softer. It does hurt a little when doing a blowout, but nothing you can’t get used to.
