Product is well packaged. Comes with heat glove, pink brush, 2 clips and a bag for the iron. Didn’t really need the glove, I have thick curly hair so have it on the highest temperature setting. A trick I did to help when using for the first time was hold the section of hair tight so hair don’t just slip out while passing the iron down the section of hair. Overall exceeded my expectations. Easy to use so my 10 year old should be able to use on her hair as well. First pass does good job straightening but I ended up doing one pass on top and one on bottom of each strand then went back through in few spots to get any parts needed. I really like this it’s easy to use it gives very quick results. Gets hair super straight the only thing is my hair is kind of short and it is a little harder to hold it for the counter pressure but it still works. The only other thing is I have curly hair and it seems like if my hair gets damp with humidity or if I’m sweaty it doesn’t stay as straight as a flat iron does But it’s much healthier for your hair I think instead of your hair being sandwiched between two hot plates it just glides through a hot brush ... show more

I will be posting a picture or video with this soon, but I had to just get this out there. This came yesterday and silly old me was like debating whether or not just to return it without even trying it because I was thinking I’m never gonna use this just like my flat iron cause it’s too much work. I left it in the box overnight and I took it out just now and I have to give you my backstory to understand my reasoning for saying this. My hair is insanely SUPER thick to the point where I have to thin it three times minimum a year to feel comfortable. I literally cannot even wear my hair up in a high or low ponytail or a bun without getting a headache DAILY because of the weight of my hair. I could never even style my hair, because, for curls it would just fall instantly or it would take so freaking long… I’m talking HOURSS. I used to hate prom & homecoming cause of this. Straightening my hair, I have a flatiron straightener that I’ve used only a couple times.. I can count on one hand in the last 10 years. I literally never use it because straightening my hair takes me two hours minimum and even then I’m not happy with it because I can never get all of my hair, because it’s so thick. I have literally always been super envious and jealous of girls in my high school to now who have pin straight, thin, flat laying hair. I find it odd that everyone wants the super thick hair and all right fine you want it thicker but you DONT want super thick like I have because I cannot do anything with it. Even washing it is a struggle to wash it deep clean and good because it’s so thick and I have hairdressers telling me I’m not washing it right. Well, I can’t freaking do it good enough and I have to waste money on extra shampoo and conditioner because there’s so much. So back to the straightening— I don’t know where I saw this, maybe just scrolling Amazon and I was VERY skeptical. I don’t always listen to reviews good or bad I want my own experience on it. I was very skeptical that it would actually work FOR ME & I’d actually want to use it all the time & get my moneys worth from it. I literally just now tried it and what usually takes me 2+ hours (& still not happy) I literally did in five minutes TOPS and it’s pin straight flat not super puffy or wavy like usual! I am beyond amazed, where have you been all my life lol! I finally don’t need to be jealous and envious of other girls who can do this hairstyle! I use the straightener brush just normally like I’m brushing either over my hair or from underneath. either way is SUPER quick & can take ALOT of hair at once in the brush and still get it all straight!!! Wtffffff lol! I did have it on high setting, heats up very fast. I am also beyond surprised and excited of the tools.. I guess I didn’t notice all the stuff it comes with it… the glove definitely helps not to burn your hand, the brush, the box is definitely sturdy & good for storage or travel, AND it comes with a travel or storage velvet silk bag if you don’t want to keep the box! AND TWO huge hair clips which i can use for this or double using for getting my hair out of my face for applying makeup! WORTH EVERYYYYYYYYYYYY dollar! If you have thick hair & know how it is to straighten it… do yourself a favor & get this!! Cuts time by 95% or more for us thick heads!!! ... show more

I’ve always been skeptical of brush-style straighteners but a video ad sparked my interest and the reviews made me think it was worth trying. The price was also way lower than mosy flat irons I buy, so figured what did I have to lose? I was shocked by how fast it worked, how well it both straightened and smoothed the frizz from my hair, as well as how much easier it is on my hands than a flat iron. What?? This is so cheap and works so much better than any straightener I've owned. Here's the big caveat... you have very little control over the ends of your hair. I've owned Solia, Chi, am currently using the white T3... my hair has never been easier to straighten or as straight on the top of my head. You don't get the wavy crimp lines from a flat straightener because this thing basically combs into your hair and straightens from the root out an inch so there is no way to have a crimp line. I am blown away by how shiny my hair looks. And it was crazy easy. Took no effort. In fact, you almost have to use bigger sections with this tool than with a flat iron straightener. Okay so here's the snag, and you can tell just by watching any video of someone using it. You need to hold pressure on your hair to hold it inside of the tool, so when you get to the ends and have to let go, there is no way to really control the ends. I was able to hold my hair until the last little bit slipped from my fingers and I managed to curl the ends under. The finished look is great. But if I wanted it to be stick straight all the way to the end, not curled under at all, that would be a little harder. Does this replace a flat iron? No. I often straighten just the ends of my hair after curling it, and I could not do that with this tool. However, this thing is waay faster and easier and makes my hair shinier and smoother than a flat iron. The heat up time is slow. At first just the top blue light was blinking and I thought that meant it was warming up. Nope. You need to hit the power button (again?). The blinking blue light apparently just shows you it's plugged in. Once you hit the power button, the white lights will indicate the power/heat level and the top blinking white light will become solid once it's done heating. It took maybe 30 sec - 1 min longer than my usual flat iron heat up time. Safety/fire prevention... so this thing would be harder to burn yourself on for sure. Also, the actual hot plates don't touch your counter or anything other than your hair because the guards block them. The back of the tool is flat. It DOES get HOT, but touchably hot. It might melt plastic carpeting. But I have no concerns with setting the flat backside directly on my counter, which means I no longer have to balance a straighener on its case or a hot pad. I am just in shock... I didn't expect this cheap thing to work so well. I literally just bought a dyson airwrap after years of wanting one and am not nearly as blown away with it. This would be a great gift for anyone into beauty or hair because it's not a common device to own and works amazing and is relatively inexpensive. So glad I tried it. ... show more
