Overtime i found out the system leaks and had a puddle in front of the machine. The zipper constantly catches the front. The bottom of the chair i can already see rusting !

I was initially puzzled by the "100+ bought this month" tag alongside a 5-star rating with just 19 reviews, but I decided to give it a try. The sauna works great—it's hot enough, and the chair is comfortable and sturdy, easily supporting a 250lb person. I put hot water in the steamer, and it heats the sauna much better. It doesn't have a silver lining like other saunas, but it still gets quite hot inside. I've used it three times so far, and it's working well with no issues. I would gladly give it 5 stars for performance alone. However, I’m giving it 3 stars because it's essentially a "no-name" sauna. It claims to be manufactured by "AGIIMAN," but there’s no address, phone number, or website for this company. The manual simply directs you to contact Amazon for any warranty support. From what I understand, you only have the standard Amazon return window, and after that, there’s no real warranty. There's also no Amazon branding on the product, so I'm unsure if Amazon will provide any support once the return window closes. Fortunately, Amazon offers a 2-year Asurion warranty for an additional $18, which I purchased. So far, everything is working as it should, but I think it would be reasonable for the manufacturer to offer at least a 1-year limited warranty. Unfortunately, that’s not the case here. The only option is the free return policy from Amazon.
