I ordered one of these and when I got it in and hooked it up to the hose the unit would not turn on, I believe the compressor was defective. I tried to return it but they told me that the 30 day warranty was over because it was purchased in April for a Birthday gift and was given to me on June 17th as a gift. It was not even opened until then and they would not budge from their policy. So how many companies would acknowledge this like Christmas time. You buy a gift in November and not given to Christmas Day and they tell you the replacement is gone if it was a defective item!!!! Not Fair!!! Most companies would honor the warranty. I did like the unit being compact and contained, so I did order another one and this one is fine.

The unit works well. It’s ideal for washing cars, patiently cleaning concrete, and cleaning vinyl siding you can easily reach. I had high hopes for this unit, and at the price point it was worth the gamble. It’s definitely got its perks: lightweight, easy to assemble and move around, not too loud, and doesn’t take up a lot of space. I plan to keep it, even though it’s not nearly as strong as I hoped.

Assembly time took three times longer than it should have. Minimal, tiny, confusing diagrams. So poor I subtracted two stars. Once assembled, it works quite well.

The media could not be loaded. tried 3 different hoses at water inlet will not stop leaking it appears even after tighting hose it still leaks from adapter supplied with washer

The media could not be loaded. I did not read the instructions, it’s that easy to assemble. I looked at the photo of the machine and went from there. Parts where no screw hole, it slides in. It is light weight to carry as you can see from second floor. 4 selection of nozzle to meet pressure requirements. I used mainly the orange for roof tiles and red to flush down the gutters. I ran this machine for 6 hours, small breaks in between for 3 days without a problem.
