  • Safe and ReliableThe pool cover pump contains an smart temperature controller with thermal overload protection inside, when the motor temp. reaches 105C/221F, the pump will automatically shut down. However, even if the pump triggers the thermal overload protection, it can work again after cooling down. The automatic on/off and thermal overload protection helps prevent dry burn damage to the pump. AgiiMan sump pump can be left unattended to remove standing water all winter long without worry.

It has been warming up in our area and our pool cover has been completely covered in water and it would just be a yucky mess to try to get that off and then deal with the inside of the pool so I have been needing a good pump that will transfer all the water off of the top of the pool cover so that we can start getting the pool ready for warm weather that is almost here! I was immediately Blown Away by not only the power, but the quality of this pool cover pump! It is super well made and very heavy duty and sturdy. The plastic that it is made out of does not seem cheap and easily breakable whatsoever! I love that this is submersible so it's totally fine if it goes under as well so you don't have to worry about it breaking from contact with the water. My husband has already tested this out on the top of the pool and it really works like a charm! The suction power is absolutely out of this world and it will immediately get all the unwanted water off of your pool cover! This really does all that it describes in the ad and more! The measurements are 100% correct as well so it will fit perfectly in the space that you need it to. This is definitely a more luxurious heavy duty pump for the top of your pool as opposed to a cheaper lightweight version. I think this is definitely worth every penny just by how well it works! I feel like other pumps if they went under at all they would be broken and not work but this one has a huge Max flow capability and really works like a charm! It could not have been easier to get set up and ready to use. The instruction manual that it comes with is very clear and easy to read and understand. My husband is easily able to have this ready to use in no time. Very user-friendly and all of the controls are well labeled and easy to understand.     • Works really good
Well I made the mistake of hooking up a 100-ft hose that had a small diameter to this. I was wondering why it wasn't shooting out a lot of water. Then I read the troubleshooting section on the instructions. There. It recommended that you use the shortest hose possible and one with the largest diameter. I switched hoses to a larger diameter hose that was shorter and The flow doubled. I've calculated this and it about dropped about 3 in per hour. So plan your day accordingly if you're going to empty a pool to clean it and refill which should be done every 5 years or so. Overall, this sump works great and I really appreciate the very long 25-ft extension cord so there's no worry about getting the connection wet and it reached my patio in my backyard just fine. I have used cheap pool cover pumps before and they generally only last about a year and would burn up the motor because they would not shut off when the water was pumped out. But this pump has a nice big motor on it and it pumps extremely well. I probably had a thousand gallons of water sitting on top of the pool cover and even thought I used a hundred foot length of water hose it still pumped it all out within a few hours, although it works much better with a shorter hose. The pump attaches to a large base and the hose comes out the side the bottom of the pump so that the hose does not kink. I think this is a great design and I expect it to last many years. ... show more

    • Water pumps OUT of the bottom of the pump so hose doesn’t kink
My husband says that out of 7 pool cover pumps that we’ve had that this may be the best. Instructions are easy to follow. Works easily out of box. Empties pool cover of rain quickly and efficiently. Has automatic on and off system that doesn’t require you to have to set a timer or a switch or anything. Very effective!!! The cord is 29 feet long which is great for our pool as it is a 29x42 foot in-ground pool. Also comes with a 33 foot nylon rope if you like to use this to maneuver the placement of the pump. Best aspect of this pump for us is that the hose attachment is at the bottom of the pump. This is a key aspect because when the hose only attaches to the top of a pump the hose kinks. The hose will never kink the way this pump is designed. Pump is definitely light weight but seems to be excellent quality. My husband is hopeful that we will get a couple of years out of this one. Can’t say enough about how pleased we are with this one! Well manufactured so we do highly recommend it! ... show more

    • Works great with proper hose
Surprisingly powerful motor that runs well and quietly. Base is large and stable, good hose positioning to avoid hose twisting and cracking. Works okay with a 75' hose 1/4", but faster with a shorter hose that has wider diameter. Seems well made and durable, no weird noises or smells while running.

I currently have this draining the accumulated winter water off my pool cover before it opens for the season and it's doing a great job. Simple to assemble and you attach your own garden hose to you can really make quick work of draining off the cover. Comes with everything you need save for the hose.
