  • The Aeroski is fun while being a great workout!
The Aeroski is a great workout and the machine wasn’t very difficult to assemble. My husband has begun using it also! I’m starting slow and building up my time before adding arms. It’s fun too with the goggles and variations available.

  • Smooth and easy to use, no noise or electricity required!
Love this! Low impact, nice workout. BUT was a bear to assemble, the instructions were very tiny print. However if you like assembling things, then I guess it’s not so bad!! Does not take up much room, I actually have it located in my living room. No noise! I haven’t tried the virtual lenses yet, still need to read up on that, but does not look too complicated, but again instructions are hard to read, tiny print! ... show more

  • Nice machine, but VR won't work
This machine came in a lot of parts and made me very nervous to try and assemble, but honestly the assembly was not bad at all! The machine seems sturdy, but not extremely huge or heavy. The only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is due to the app not working. It says error when trying to login to it. I was hoping to use the game portion to make it more fun while working out. Other than that, the machine gives a great workout! In 5 minutes I am definitely feeling it! ... show more

  • Definitely get your workout
Definitely get your workout on this machine I can only do it up 47 minutes and I'm 54 years old but hoping to see results soon it's a good cardio machine

  • It’s ok.
This is the great machine for low impact. This took a while for me to decide to buy. Always seeing fitness models on it made it seem a bit silly, I don’t feel that this machine could get you in to that type of shape. It will help you easily lose weight, build muscle and stamina. As much as a low impact workout can do. At 55 years old and at 215 a low impact machine is what I needed. After a month, still using it and seeing results. First thing I did was purchase the 4th spring through aero ski web site, very easy with free and quick shipping. I have to solid bar in front to help with mounting the machine. At first seemed a bit sketchy, after a few times I have gotten better. While developing proper positioning and balance, there was a lot of pain. In my lower back. I found to footpads worked better on the inner slots then the outer. I have not anything information on why there are to different settings, or how to determine which one to use. Looking at how it works in the videos you would think it would be hard on your knees, surprisingly not. As you get into a smooth rhythm it is quite easy to move with flow. Took less than a week to stand up straight and relax. Then progressively started showing some results. The VR headset is a waste, however these machine is quite so TV or radio are easily heard while using it. Upside Having positive results from the aero ski with weight loss and general over all feeling. Down side It is very basic for the price. There is nothing to monitor your progress, keep count or heart rate. ... show more

  • Love my trainer
Have been using this trainer for 10 months. Works great, easy to assemble. I broke one of the springs, Aeroski customer service got me new ones quickly. I would definitely buy again!

  • Don't buy. It's a fraud and will steal your money
When I first got it, it was pretty cool. Exercised different muscles and was very low impact. Then after about a month, one spring broke. I am no where near the "weight limit". Additionally, something started disintegrating onto the one rail. This made the movement loud and rough. I tried to contact the seller to see about getting it fixed, but I was only offered a full replacement or return. I don't deal with that kind of customer service so I chose return. It was only after I sent it back that I found out they weren't going to refund all my money. _Their_ equipment broke. And the stole over $100 from me. ... show more

  • So much fun.
I don't ski anymore, but this machine satisfies the urge to get back on the slopes. It mimics the same movement and would be a good way to give one the feel and the rhythm of skiing down the mountain. It's also good excercise for those muscles that need attention.
