Bought this nugget ice maker a few weeks ago and it’s quickly become the favorite appliance in our kitchen. The chewable “pebble” ice is crunch-and-cool just like at the café, and the machine runs surprisingly quietly. Set-up was easy, fill the tank, power on, and you’ve got ice in minutes. My only small gripe is that the reservoir could be larger, but the size is actually perfect for countertop use. Overall: super happy with how it looks, works, and keeps up with our weekly entertaining.

I’m very happy with this ice maker. It produces ice quickly and consistently, which is perfect for daily drinks or when guests come over. The machine is surprisingly quiet while running, and the stainless steel design looks modern and feels durable. Ice stopped working after one cycle and got stuck. Do not buy this. Trying to return now after few days and return policy says they take 15% off the purchase. You also don’t get back money until they inspect. A joke for this buyer and Amazon

I'd never owned a separate ice maker before, so I was a little hesitant at first, but this one ended up being a great purchase. It uses a different mechanism with a spiral that freezes the water and carries the ice up into the bin. It does make some noise while running, but it's nothing unexpected. Most importantly, the ice itself is really nice!

This was a great ice maker until it made a loud clanky sound and didn't work anymore. Only lasted about 10 months and I didn't run it every day. Very disappointed 😞

I bought this because my fridge couldn't make ice. It works really well - it's very convenient to use, from adding water to making ice in one go. Now we can make everything we need at home, so we don't have to run to the store to buy ice packs anymore, and we can always keep some extra ice cubes in the fridge.
