Bought this nugget ice maker a few weeks ago and it’s quickly become the favorite appliance in our kitchen. The chewable “pebble” ice is crunch-and-cool just like at the café, and the machine runs surprisingly quietly. Set-up was easy, fill the tank, power on, and you’ve got ice in minutes. My only small gripe is that the reservoir could be larger, but the size is actually perfect for countertop use. Overall: super happy with how it looks, works, and keeps up with our weekly entertaining.

I'd never owned a separate ice maker before, so I was a little hesitant at first, but this one ended up being a great purchase. It uses a different mechanism with a spiral that freezes the water and carries the ice up into the bin. It does make some noise while running, but it's nothing unexpected. Most importantly, the ice itself is really nice!
