  • Amazing Chicken Coop
The media could not be loaded. I’m glad I purchased this chicken coop. It is very pretty. It’s also sturdy. I love that there are so many access points for my birds to go in and out of. There are large enough entry points for easy cleaning. I also love the easy access for gathering eggs.

  • After 11 months of ownership I feel as if i can finally write this....
I was one of the first people to purchase this item when it came to market. I paid the original MSRP of $500 which looking at the pictures seemed worth it, but boy was I wrong. When it arrived the assembly wasn't terrible because I am mechanically inclined but to the "normal person" the instructions weren't great. The nesting boxes come with no locking hardware so any predator could easily access the coop with no problem so I had to source that myself. Now fast forward 11 months of Northeast ownership I have developed 2 spots of rot on the wood panels. So like any normal person, I contacted the seller because it stated the item had a 1-year warranty, but once I sent the message I was then contacted by I guess someone who worked at the company and they told me that they stopped making parts for the coop I own and changed to a different manufacture so my coop is not under any kind of warranty because they "don't make it anymore." They said the best they could do was refund me $10 for some glue and wood chips to hopefully slow the rot in the wood. They blamed it rotting because I did not take proper care of the coop and repaint it every 4 months. Do yourself a favor and do not buy this no matter what the circumstance is. Either build your own or purchase a coop from a tractor supply but do not waste your time and money on this junk. ... show more

  • Very unsafe!
The only thing good about this coop is that it's really cute! First of all, there's not even a door at the top of the ramp so my husband had to make one. On the wall where the door is there's a huge opening from the wall to the roof! My husband had to cut a triangle piece of wood to basically take the wall up to the roof. Any predator that figured out how to get in the run could either go in where there was no door or just climb over the wall and get right in. Also, there weren't even latches on the nesting boxes so anything could just lift the lid and crawl right in! Raccoons are not stupid! Where the nesting boxes are leaked so rain got in. My husband had to caulk that. One reason I went with this coop is because it has a metal roof and hardware cloth instead of chicken wire. Well, the roof of the boxes leaks and what good is hardware cloth if a predator has multiple ways to get in?! I really hate this coop and wish we would've just built our own! It's cute but that's about it. Oh, it's also very thin wood with paint that would not last long. I painted it as soon as I got it set up. ... show more

  • Nice design but will require some mods to make it weather tight.
The media could not be loaded. I really like my coop. I did however a complete water seal and repaint of the entire coop parts before assembly to withstand the tropical weather in South Florida. I also did some modifications to original design to make it mobile and a stronger reinforced structure.

  • Don’t waste your money on this product!!!
This is junk. Don’t waste your money like I did. The bottom of the coop fell apart as soon as I put 3 chickens in it. I have yet to receive replacement parts and since the then the rest of the material is falling apart. The pieces are super thin. I unfortunately had the coop up before I got chickens and when I got them it was too late to be refunded. I will still have to replace it and spend even more money now!! ... show more

  • Won't keep my chickens safe from predators.
This is a very beautiful look and a great size foe the amount of bird I have. Unfortunately, there is no way to lock the nesting boxes to prevent predators foe gaining access, and one of the pieces that is to hold the nesting box bottom in was missing . It has to be a defect, The piece looks as if it was not nailed or glued down and at some point in the process fell off. It was not in the boxes. :( ... show more
