Worked for what was intended but error on my part. I at first loved how much extra space these gave in my closet & thought they were life changing. However, I never stopped to think how heavy this would make the weight on the closet rod. The hangers themselves held up to the weight but if you have a flimsy or wooden closet rod like I do, it started bending it & pulling it down. Mostly my fault for not even considering that. Sadly I returned but did help with saving space & organization.

My husband and I bought a 100 year old farmhouse and have had to downsize from each having our own walk-in closet to sharing one non-walk-in closet. YIKES! These vertical multi-hangers have totally made it possible for me to organize my clothes into a small space. They are easy to use. I recommend using those velveted hangers to prevent clothes from sliding off and because they have a slim profile. This is an inexpensive means of maximizing every bit of available space. They seem quite sturdy and will hold up several fairly heavy garments each. I have even doubled up by putting two garments in each hole on a few hangers.

Q: Do these actually work? A: Yes. It’s basically magic. You hang items horizontally, then unhook one side so they cascade down vertically. I instantly gained about 40% more rod space. Q: Are they strong? A: I loaded one up with heavy winter coats just to test it. It held up fine. If it can hold my parka collection, it can hold your button-downs.
