The media could not be loaded. I ended up getting this coop as a replacement from the company after a larger coop I ordered arrived broken, and right out of the gate this one impressed me more. The build quality on this coop feels noticeably better, and that stood out to me right away. With the first one, I was dealing with damage before I could even really enjoy it. With this one, I had no issues, and that alone made for a much better experience. What I like most is that this coop feels more solid and better put together from the start. Once assembled, it gave me a lot more confidence in the overall design. It looks nice, the layout is practical, and it feels like a better-made product than the broken larger model I originally received. The three lockable nesting boxes are a nice feature, and the removable tray makes cleaning a lot easier, which is something every chicken owner will appreciate. The product listing also highlights those exact features, along with the ramp and observation window, and they really do add to the usability of the coop. I also appreciate that the company made things right by sending this replacement. That matters, especially when the first experience was disappointing. In this case, the replacement ended up leaving me with a much better impression because this coop was simply built better and came without the issues I had before. Another thing I’m doing is adding a video showing how to build the coop so other buyers can have some visual instructions during assembly. I know that can be a huge help for people who like seeing the process instead of only relying on paper instructions. Since this model is sold as a backyard hen house with multiple sections and access points, I think a visual walkthrough will make it even easier for other people to put together. Overall, I’m very happy with this coop. The replacement experience turned out well, the build quality on this model is better, and I had no problems with it. If you want a coop that looks good, feels better built, and has practical features like lockable nesting boxes and an easy-clean tray, this one is a solid choice.
